This review is not for Gamestop, as they're horrible, their shipping, their prices, their selection, their trade-in values, all make me wonder how they're still in business. This review is for Mark in this store, because despite bad business practices by Gamestop, he went above and beyond to help me with an item that I had ordered. I was pleasantly surprised at how attentive he was and continued to work on the problem and communicate with me for over a week concerning it. It's so nice to see true customer service these days, and I appreciate his hard work. Thank you, Mark!

I'll start this way. The store used to be great. It's been mismanaged for quite some time now. Gamestop Corp thinks people don't wanna shop at the Winchester location and really have no clue. The Winchester shoppers all go to the Mount Sterling or Hamburg location. Why, you may ask? Because both of those locations have been managed and stocked very well. Who wants to go to a store just to find out another location has what you're looking for, there hours of the store change weekly and they're closed through out the day so you'll actually never know when they'll be there or not. My understanding is that once the lease is up, they'll be closing, but I've taken up too much of your time already, so long story short, go to the Mount Sterling Game Stop. The store has a phenomenal selection and great employees who will actually try and help if you need it.

Came out for a midnight release of the new zelda game. I had it paid off early and was the last person in the store to get the game. I didn't get put into a group and they were letting people in before us that didn't have it pre-ordered.. won't come to another midnight release again

Great people the workers there go out of the way to help you. only bad thing is gamestop corporation seems to neglect the store. they do not supply them with the appropriate stock of collectibles or will they send pre-orders to them. some people are waiting for well over a year now for stuff I find in other gamestop on the shelf.

Never shop here because i just went their to buy gta v for xbox 360 but when i did the thing had the install disc but no play disc and they said i could not get a refund because it was $30..... WHAT A WASTE OF MONEY! Never shot at this retched place

Great Staff! Very Helpful. They have a good selection of Funko pops I always end up getting a few when i go in!! Also, the five dollars each month is fantastic.
