Terrible service. The guy sells cars that hardly even work. As soon as i got home with my new car it broke down within just a few hours of having it. I got it fixed but then in just a week the engine blew out. The man scammed me. He knows I can’t afford to pay for another car. How am I supposed to drive my 4 autistic children to their therapy center?

I traded my Toyota Yaris in for a 2007 Nissan Quest, as I needed a larger vehicle to accommodate having just had another baby in July of 2024.I had test driven the car twice, with the very friendly mechanic who said he does work for Mike, and had driven the car himself several times and done work on it.Mechanic said the car was in good shape, and he wouldn’t have driven his own family around in it if it weren’t. I literally got out of the hospital after having the baby and an hour later went straight to get the Nissan, and as SOON as I drove up to my house, the check engine light came on.Great way to come home with a newborn, now having to be stressed about a car you just got. I find it very hard to believe that the car drove fine up until I got it. I am
Aware dealerships can erase codes that cause the check engine light to come on. I have had to put over $1,000 in to fix things on this car since getting it in July of 2024. Car itself was only $4,000… Now it’s messing up again, for the 4th time, and I’m told it may be the transmission and may have been this whole time.I made very clear to Mike that I needed a reliable vehicle. I understand used cars will have issues, but I don’t expect to have a check engine light come on the day I get a car. That tells me things were wrong that weren’t disclosed to me at time of purchase. I have read other reviews stating the light came on the day others got their car too.That can’t be coincidence .The car I traded this one in for, sold within a week, and was a very good car. I am really regretting my decision about getting this car.
FYI- the black Toyota you see on the Overview page on Google, is my very good car I traded in for this piece of junk Nissan. I was told my car wasn’t a very desirable car to buy, yet it sold with a week of being on the lot.(it’s a Toyota, they’re always going to sell). Mike even gave the buyers my personal phone number so they could call me and ask me how the car runs, and I told them honestly what a decent car it is. I would have appreciated it if he had put this much effort into selling me a good car, and afforded me the same courtesy as he did those buyers.

Very nice guy. Great negotiation and communication. Wonderful prices. Car is still doing good 6 months later. Doesn’t offer financing but can get it elsewhere.

Would not recommend any one buy a vehicle from this place. He is not honest and does not live up to his promises. I bought a car from him for about 12,000 and purchased warranty for about $1500. Sold it back to him about a week later. He would only give me 10,000 for it and cancel the warranty to return that. $1500 to me whenever I received and brought in the title to the dealership. When I brought the title in he refused to return my money for the cancelled warranty. He claimed he had to put a new motor in that vehicle about 3 weeks after I sold it back to him. I told him I did not agree with that as it had nothing to do with me and my cancelled warranty. He claimed he had to use the warranty to fix the car. Not right at all!! I was going to buy another car that day but I took my money elsewhere.

I just bought a car from Mike and he was wonderful throughout the whole process! They don’t offer financing there so be prepared with a loan from your bank or a credit union before sitting down to buy. Credit unions/banks will offer a better rate anyway but I didn’t realize he didn’t do financing there which was my own mistake. He fixed all my concerns about the car before I picked it up! (Tires/fixed a cracked view mirror/tinted windows) and held the car safely for me until I got a loan. He even gave us the number of the previous owner of the car so we could call and make sure there were no issues with it. He has great prices and great vehicles!

Look else where. Purchased a 2013 vw beetle. Test drove seemed fine asked about the check engine light said it was a o2 sensor but that was not the case and just took his word and went on. That evening after purchasing it did not want run would run and die. Hooked the obd2 scanner up found 9 codes none of which where o2 sensors. Took it down town euro shop very reputable shop to get a "warranty" work which we bought with the car, they was no help did not want to cover anything the shop had found. After paying 8k for a vehicle then the shop wanting 4500 plus for repairs and not to mention had been wrecked previously while he said it was not. We ended up having to loose out on my wife's dream car and trade it in for something else while being out so much money. Have documentation of all of what I have said also quotes from the shop and others just go some where else. Don't buy the warranty they dragged it out for over 2 months before responding to the shop and not wanting to cover anything they said on paper they would. Horrible experience.

Honest, well-meaning and fair. They make your car purchasing experience as convenient as possible. They had the courtesy of cleaning up the interior and reimbursing my oil change. Great guys looking out for ya here.

All I can say is WOW my car has been nothing but problems since I bought it. It left me on the side of the road with it filling up with smoke and my babies inside so I got my kids out and the sheriff had to help us get home then Mike has enough nerve call me with I guess his son in the background tell me to SHUT UP AND LISTEN and I made the remark make me and the son going to say I WILL and then they have the nerve to tell me it was my fault the car was having issue how the hell is it my fault i just drive it and then him and his son argue with me saying that the radiator and thermostat are the same part when I was trying to explain we had to replace the thermostat housing kit and then his son blames my husband that the radiator got messed up because my husband replace the thermostat housing kit. Two different parts they just want blame some else beside themselves for selling cars to innocent people looking for a good car but that how these dealers do now anything to get rid of a piece of junk they tell you they have drove it and it’s great and then not even a month down the road your left walking or broke down they don’t care about there customers.

Wouldn’t recommend anyone go to this place . Sold me a vehicle 3 months later transmission goes out 7 months after that he didn’t tell me the problems with Ford Escapes. The coolant leaks into the oil caused the head gaskets to blow. Shame he still aloud to sell cars!!!!
