UPDATED REVIEW AFTER OWNER RESPONSE: this is the kind of “professionalism you’ll get from this place. misspellings and poor grammar, and a pompous attitude blaming the customer for their own lack of care. you’re only digging your hole deeper and deeper. hope your business gets the comeuppance it deserves.recently bought a 2010 Nissan from them and it’s caused me nothing but trouble ever since. had to replace the radiator, battery, brake pads and rotors, and most recently the alternator. costing me about an additional 1600$ on top of what i spent on the car anyways. and i know it’s common for dealers to just get a car going until it’s sold, but this is inexcusable with how many glaring issues it has. and it’s funny that none of these issues were discussed with me when i was looking at the car. as a business it’s important that you’re transparent and honest with your customers. this place failed that. my car hasn’t even functioned for more than a week without a new detrimental problem arising because of the lack of care and honesty that was given to me by the sellers. i hope anyone reading this takes into account how poor their communication is in terms of what is and is not wrong with a vehicle. i would honestly just avoid this place all together before they sell another person like me a car that needs everything under the sun replaced so it can even drive. frustrated is an understatement when it comes to my experience here. will never be going here again and i’ll be recommending everyone i know to stay away from this poor dealership.

My name is Charles and live in Alabama. After a careful national search, I recently purchased a 2007 Honda Ridgeline RTL from MM. My salesperson was Lewis Tipton. Everything was done electronically. In short, I got the vehicle wanted, the excellent service I expect, and at a price I could live with. As someone who sold new cars, I know most older used vehicles are sold "as is", so I was prepared to put a few $ into it if I needed to. The vehicle was delivered to me on Friday @10pm--and my wife and I put it on the road to North Georgia Saturday morning. Had a wonderful trip there and back and the Ridgeline (this is my 3rd Ridgeline) drove and handled impeccably. Lewis and I have spoken several times since then and I consider him a friend although we've never met in person. 2 thumbs up MM! -Charles in Montgomery

BUYER BEWARE!! We recently bought a PT Cruiser from this lot. We were assured by the salesman that it was in excellent working order and had been looked over thoroughly by their mechanic. This was especially important to us as we were purchasing the car for our daughter, who is a college student that commutes an hour to MSU daily. After a very good test drive of over 30 minutes, we decided to make an offer and purchased it. Later that same night while driving home, the engine began to sputter and hesitate, a chime started sounding, various dashboard lights and warnings began to blink, and the needles for the rpm and mph started dipping and waving. When I inspected the car I found a burnt spark plug wire that was shorting. Not a big deal. However upon replacing the spark plug wires, I found that the transmission fluid was low, a terminal was badly rusted on the distributor for the same lead, and the new battery terminals were clamped onto dangerously corroded wiring. Frustrated, I repaired these issues as well as replacing the faulty rearview mirror and struts for the back hatch. Despite these repairs, the vehicle then began to routinely go into 'limp mode' every so often, which doesn't allow it to drive above approximately 35 mph. I'm aware of the risks of an "As Is" purchase, but also feel that any car sold should at least be in generally good working order as promised. We took the car back to the dealership on two separate occasions. The first time we were given the blow off, and the second time we met with their mechanic. We showed him a video of what the car had been doing, as well as photographs of the faulty parts. When he attempted to read the engine codes, he couldn't even connect with the car's computer which indicated electrical issues. At one time I had asked for the previous owner's information and was told that the state laws prohibited giving out that information. I presented information from the Motor Vehicles Commission, sect XII that it is, in fact, a requirement. I was told that wasn't true and that the owner would need to call them. I was finally informed that the car was bought at auction. Despite the car obviously being a lemon, the dealership was unwilling to have it repaired. Ultimately, they were willing to retake possession of the vehicle, but not to refund the full purchase price. We had to take a $500 dollar loss from the original sale as well as another $500 worth of parts we purchased, not to mention about 16 hours worth of labor trying to get the car running. We were told that the main reason that they were unable to refund the original price was that they still had to pay the salesman his commission and it wasn't fair to take it back. Our salesman was the owner! I should have been able to trust professionals, who are experts in their field, to work out a reasonable and mutually beneficial deal. It was an expensive lesson. From now on, I'll be sure to take vehicles to a second mechanic, have a good code reader report, contact previous owners, and to never do business with Millennium Motors again.

Loved working with this car lot! Bought a 2008 Ford Fusion from them 3 years ago and couldn’t have been happier! They were very understanding salesmen. Dale and the owner Dominique (sorry if I spelled that wrong) They made sure to fix any issues I had with my car ASAP and even lended my another car while they fixed mine for 2-3 days. I have actually sold my car since paying it off only because I’m having a baby and wanted something else but I would’ve kept if the situation was different. I even brought one of my coworkers to get a car from them. Honestly Couldn’t have picked a better business to buy my first vehicle from. Thanks Millennium Motors!♥️

I've bought three vehicles from Dale at Millennium Motors over the years, and they have all done me very well. I like that I never have to worry that there's something wrong with a vehicle I buy there. If it's got an issue that may be a problem down the road, they'll tell you. And they stand by you after the sale too! It takes all the fear out of buying a used car from a small dealer.
