I have always had a great experience coming to this nail shop. This morning I walked in and asked for a pedicure and I was told to pick out my polish. While picking out my polish a lady came in after me and asked for a pedicure and to have her nails done. She was told the same as me and got her polish and sat down. After sitting for over 20 mins a nail tech comes out and grabs the lady that came in after me. When I said something to the guy at the desk I was told “She came in before you”. I told the guy no she didn’t and walked out. And he even tried to argue with me when I called back to tell him the same thing and that I won’t be back. Nails Pro won’t get another dime from me!Service: Pedicure

As a new resident of Winchester I have been shopping for a new nail salon and after trying other salons in the area and not receiving more than subpar service I was very pleasantly surprised with the ease of calling to schedule a next day appointment at this salon! ?The prompt, courteous and welcoming service of the entire staff upon my first visit last week deserves a million ⭐️ review!!

I was very pleased with the service and wasn't expensive. I did get a pedi as well but did not get the gel polish on my toes and didn't notice til I had already left that one was messed up. But overall, I enjoyed this place.

i got a set a few months back that was fremchtips with a heart in it but im thinking of getting another set tomarrow. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE place would NOT recommend. Will NEVER return. The nail tech did a terrible job, station #26 he did not do what we ask, cut the tips way too short, then filed them square and was clearly told oval multiple times. He didn’t bother to clean up the cuticles at all and didn’t put any cuticle oil on when done. Also didn’t use the drill to clean up the underside of the nails. Also didn’t use the correct size tips on the thumbs one was too big. The nail art which he claimed he could do was TERRIBLE and looked like it was at at home by an amateur. He said we could come back and he would fix them lol that was a joke. He wouldn’t fix them, and had the nerve to actually lie to my face and claim he did them just how we had ask and just how the picture looked. WRONG it was nothing like the picture. I wanted my money back and they refused and claimed they could show the video tape with the audio showing what had happened. I said ok show me the video, they refused of course they refused because it would show he was lying and he did a terrible job. He would not properly fix the nails and do what had been requested.We then went to another salon who did a fabulous job however they even commented that the nails were done poorly and that the cuticles had not been properly done and looked bad.DO NOT USE Nail Pro in Winchester off the bypass in the strip mall next to Kroger. This is the worst place they are rude, don’t do what you ask for and the cost is ridiculous for poor quality nail service and will refuse to correct their poor quality Plus they’ll lie to you.Services: Nail art

So disappointed :( I love this place and been going here for years but this Time it was awful! Came in for a fill in and the guy ended up taking my nails off and just putting the acrylic over my real nails and cut them down really short. I thought he said $15 which for what was done was fine but then I looked and he charged me $50. And they don’t look good at all :(Service: Acrylic nails

Used this salon for years and have been pretty satisfied, last visit however burned me. Just wanted a manicure as I was giving my nails a break, less than 10 minutes (if even that) to was spent on my nails. A tool was used and no attention given to my cuticles that needed the attention. Overpriced and underserved. I have been going here on and off for five years, in that time I have had equally good and poor experiences. There are three good technicians and the rest are decent depending on the day. There have been times when I have waited for over an hour when another walk-in gets seated before me. I bring my own polish that is an expensive Kur lacquer polish by Londontown, every time I try to get them to dry it with the gel light they get argumentative or dismiss me altogether — then slather it on too thick for it to dry (even an hour later). I am patient considering I have went back after several negative experiences. The last straw today was when the technician repeatedly hurt me while drilling my nails and then would not shape my nails consistently and I had to ask several times before she did an acceptable but not good shaping. She attempted to paint and it looked terrible I asked her to fix three of the nails (two were smudged from the top coat brush and one from someone’s pink remanent polish) she dabbed more polish on them and top coat and it looked worse. She then proceeded to blame it on the polish. I had her remove all the polish and left without any polish and I will never be back. If you have a standing appointment with one of the good techs you will be fine or if you have a lot of time and like to gamble this your place.Services: Manicure

This is the absolute worst place I've ever been too. I paid a whopping $110.00 for this horrible set of nails. My gel polish on toes started peeling after 3 days. The nails thick and unattractive. My nail tech was #7 just for a reference.Services: Acrylic nails

I went in with very long natural nails and when I was asked TWICE if I wanted them long I said yes and the nail tech continued to cut the nail way too short all the way down and then glue a tip on when I wanted SNS on my natural nail (the most common SNS request). This has happened to me twice. From someone who is trying hard to grow pretty natural nails, do NOT go to this salon. Seems like they only want to work with tiny baby nails. My thumb nail was cut almost dangerously to short exposing my skin where nail should be. I was tempted to leave the building with out paying I was so mad I wanted to cry but I couldn’t do that. The techs do not listen to your request and do what they want. Now I have to wait a month and a half to get my nails back were they were.

This place is always charging more than what we got. Twice now, my daughter and I went in to get a pedicure or manicure and they tacked on charges that we did not ask for. For example, once we were charged for gel polish for a manicure and I told them no polish. Instead of trying to correct the situation, we got an attitude and no one offered assistance. I'm a big tipper and excellent customer, they lost us. No integrity at all. Not friendly and they yell at you at the door when you come in and instead of coming over to properly greet you.
