RS Guitarworks is a friendly, knowledgeable, and professional business with reasonable pricing. The store is small but can fit customer needs, and ordering items is not a problem. They offer tuning, repair, refinishing, and refretting with outstanding craftsmanship and excellent customer service. Their work results in instruments playing better than expected. The environment is very friendly and welcoming. A noted drawback is that the shop is closed on Saturdays, which can make access difficult for some. Customers highly recommend the business and plan to return for their guitar needs.
I have alot of guitars and get alot of work done on them. Would like to try this place but it's closed saturday. If you work for a living it's hard to take off work during the week.They are missing out on alot of potential customers

These guys know what they are doing and treat even beginners like they are just important as some of the world's best guitar players, which they have a long list of famous players they have done work for.

The shop at RS did some major work on my Gibson 339, including adding the RS 50s wiring kit, new pickups, aging the finish slightly. They did prefect work - the guitar is exactly what I was hoping for. Great team to work with too.
