I had purchased my tires a week ago in Florence where I live. Was on my way back home today, the day before Thanksgiving, when I picked up a large screw in one of my tires. After adding air along the way and the low tire pressure sensor going off twice, I googled the closest Tire Discounters and headed that way. They were extremely busy but Joe and the TD team provided great service that was also very quick. They had me back on the road in about 45 minutes. I would recommend this location for all your car needs.

Got me in at last min and had my tire size for my f450 in stock, wow, id rather waited for better work. Weights not on all the way. Over lapped on weights. Pretty sure one of those yellow or red dots go on the valve. End up taking it to Scott's Towing to fix it the correct way. Over 500 bucks and I get this type of experience. I wont be back nor will our company.

Best place for tires! I was in an out in an hour and they even checked my brakes and suspension at legit no extra cost to me. Thank you! Colby did excellent and even explained some things to me and breanna was wonderful while checking me out. Thank you guys!

Do not buy from the Winchester Discount Tire. Sold the wrong size tires that popped a week later. They then said that they would not only have to order new tires, (out of stock for the correct size) but that there will be a fee for a size change. Total ripoffs and unprofessional

I was in a tough spot over the holiday weekend. I drive the interstate every day and share 50/50 custody of my son. When I had a blowout, I was told it would take 4–5 days to get my tire in, leaving me stranded with no way to pick up my son come Monday—he lives several towns away from where I work.
Nikki Elrod went above and beyond to understand my situation and had me back on the road by the very next day—much faster than the timeline I was originally given by another associate.
Her customer service was outstanding. If I were still running a business, I would have offered her a job on the spot (in another field). Finding someone these days who genuinely works hard, does a great job, and truly cares about the customer is rare.
I sincerely hope someone in upper management reads this review, and when the time comes for a raise or promotion, Nikki gets the recognition she deserves—because she absolutely does.

I can’t say enough great things about the team at Tire Discounters in Winchester, KY! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with professionalism, honesty, and genuine care. They went above and beyond to make sure my car was taken care of quickly and efficiently.
The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and didn’t try to upsell me on anything I didn’t need. They explained everything clearly, gave me fair pricing, and even finished the job sooner than expected. Whether it’s tires, alignment, or routine maintenance, these folks have earned my trust 100%.
If you’re feeling down on your luck or stressed about car issues, please go see the staff at Tire Discounters in Winchester. They truly care, and it shows in every interaction. Customer service is still alive and well here—something that’s hard to come by these days.

I went to this place because I was hearing a noise coming from one of my tires. What I expected was a simple check-up, but instead, I was given a $3,000 estimate with a long list of recommended repairs, many of which seemed excessive.
I had an appointment at 8:00 AM, but when I arrived, they didn’t even take my car in right away. I waited for over an hour and my car was still not taken care of. I waited the entire day, actually an hour before they closed they were still working on it. After keeping my car for the entire day, the only thing they actually did was change one tire.
I ended up going to a different car service afterward, and they confirmed that the original diagnosis was completely random and unnecessary.
I’m disappointed because I had a great experience at this same location two years ago, but this time the service was terrible. Wasted time, questionable diagnosis. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning.

Went on for a slow leak on my front passenger tire. Was told be an hr wait, 2.5 hrs later theu pull it in after i mentioned something. Proceeds to tell me it was the vlave stem, didnt charge me for the waitm i get up this morming to go to work and the damn tire is low. They didnt fix shit, and i sat there for 3 hrs for nothing.

I have had to bump my review from glowing to absolutely would not recommend. Incorrectly installed serpentine belt led to it ripping off while I was driving, which not only nearly got me killed, but led to timing belt being destroyed. My car is now essentially totaled as it needs an entire new engine. $2300 service at Tire Outfitters is now costing me $10,000.

Called to get my tire looked at couldn't give me a reasonable time asked if I could leave my contact info if they had a spot open up and was shut down because they're just to busy. Called Paynters tires down the street and they immediately told me they have a spot for me and to bring it in.
