Easy in! Not so much after you're in!!Can't find anyone for assistance in any dept and when you do find someone, they're on their phones!! And then they act like you are a nuisance!!And then when you go to check out...psst good luck with that!! Maybe 1 register with a living, breathing cashier and the rest are the check yourself out lanes!! And most of those will be blocked off due to not enough workers!!It's just a headache anymore shopping at Walmart!!! Sorry!!!

Inaccurate inventory, orders delayed or cancelled -- the online-pick-up-in-store process which should be convenient just became a waste of my time with this store.Only bright spot was a very kind and sympathetic corporate employee who got my money refunded -- Thanks, Ayesha!Not impressed with this store or Walmart app. Seems like a systems issue by Walmart both corporately and the local store management. Lost a customer (hopefully for my sake anyway). I'll shop my local Kroger and specialty stores instead.

Shopping inside is usually not a "great" experience, but it's serviceable. I've continually had awful experiences with the online order pickup. They are incompetent. There is no nicer way to say it. They are poorly managed and it is absolutely awful. It is the worst service experience I have ever had at a retail store.

I am a Walmart+ member, for the passed 3-4 months I have went through h*ll to get my orders delivered on time. I am disabled and home delivery has cut down on a lot of extreme pain. I placed an order on Jan. 5 2024. I received a note telling me, my order had been delayed. They ask me to reschedule which I did for the last time shown which was 9p that evening. I never received my order. The next day I placed another order to be delivered at 1p. I received another notice that my order was delayed. I called the store, I heard a lady in the back ask the man on the phone with me, how many items were in the order. I was then told there was nothing they could do because they didn't have any delivery drivers. I called the 800 number and that man cancelled everything that had not been delivered. I received all of my money. The Winchester store sucks and they don't care.
