“I am a tow operator out of Florence. Stopped on my way back from Louisville to assist a car with a flat tire but had a lug nut lock I was unable to get off. I called them and within 30 mins they were there and had the car on the road in less than 10 mins. Then 30 mins later had another car I stopped behind that needed a new tire to get to MS. We changed the flag to a temporary spare to get it down to there shop to get a proper tire on and they were on their way. I have them in my contacts now! Great people and great service, affordable pricing.”

“My father’s truck was towed to Triple J over miscommunication with where it was towed from. With full understanding on all parties, Bubba and I came to a solid agreement that worked for all parties. Good understanding people”

“They fixed my issue in 1 day, brought me home and picked me up while they had my vehicle, and when a brand new part I just had replaced was faulty and went back out, they went above and beyond to get a new part and replaced quickly. No hidden costs. I knew what I would have to pay up front, and the prices are lower than any other repair shop I've used. All the men there treated me like a lady, they were all gentlemen and never made me feel dumb or ignorant at any time! Thank you M&M!”

“Pyles take care of me anytime I have needed any repairs! Quality work! Most of all though quality people! Very big on treating everyone who walks in the door like family. Keeps you informed and always shows you the process. I will never use anyone else for my paint or body repair needs! If I could I would give it a 10 star rating!”
“They’ve done a 4 wheel alignment for me on two separate trucks. No problems, no upselling, and no shystering. Price/cost was reasonable and the people are neighborly to get along with. Looking to using them for oil changes since I’m older.”
“Wife and I just happened to get a flat tire in their parking lot. Not even a big rig. Three of their mechanics came out anyway to help get us back on the road. Great guys helping out for no other reason than to be kind.”
