Had taken my mower here for warranty work in the past and was not at all impressed with how they handled things. Took forever to get it fixed and it was excuse after excuse. Got it fixed though. Fast forward and I had new warranty issue arise. When I called the lady who answered was rude and told me they ONLY WORK ON MOWERS BOUGHT FROM THEM. I explained to her that they had worked on my mower in the past and she stated she wasn't sure why they did that. They definitely made it clear they did not want my business even though I was going to going to give them another chance on working on my mower. Since then I've gone elsewhere. Be rude once ok be rude twice and be rude a third time and I take my business elsewhere. No need to be ugly to customers!!!
