This Post Office is stupid, they are giving me a hard time to change my address, and are holding my mail until I change it, and the online is no better, am doing everything they tell me to do on line even paying to change my address but they want except my card, it will not go though, I even try my discover card and they refuse it.

Lady at the counter was very friendly and polite. I believe her name was Judy, short with curly blonde hair. I live all the way in Delcambre but will come here before I deal with the rude people at Delcambre post office. I don’t mind traveling for good customer service. Keep up the good work Abbeville USPS !!!

Feels like someone stealing my mail. Ordered three new chime debit cards in the last month and none of them arrived. Gonna have to fill out a stolen mail form online now.

Slowest mail delivery we ever had at my house always had mail by 10am now we lucky to get it by 6 to much telephone an music in the mail trucks as a tax payer I don't think it shud be allowed

Love my mail lady and all the sub drivers. Always respectful and I love our friendly chats. Sure, mail/packages have gotten lost before, but they've always made it right.

Tracking number said out for delivery on 8/02...Then on 8/03 it was back to pending delivery and has stayed there since. Today is 08/16. I guess someone at the post office really liked my sons Nikes. I will go all the way up the chain if I have to. Those were a special size and for school. School started YESTERDAY

Very rude staff! There's a new black guy in there that has no idea what he's doing. Makes excuses, and doesn't want to ship anything you bring in there. He sets in the back and you can see him running his mouth on the phone with friends carrying on. Unprofessional and rude!!! I do not recommend this place!

I absolutely enjoy going to the usps post office. Ms. Andrea and another man who works there (can't recall his name) are very kind and welcoming. Now besides the store the postal service delivering to my house and picking up packages could use some change. Twice I scheduled a package to be picked up and I ended up having to go to the post office myself to drop off as they never came to pick up. I also feel that there's no consistency of mail being delievered. Some days they stop by while others they skip. I feel this way as I can put up my flag in the early morning and by 5pm they still have not stopped by to pick up mail.

The mail person for S Guegnon st Abbeville La. They put my package over my fence to where my dogs got a hold of it and tour it up. This happen one other time before. The post master is suppose to have a note saying to drop all packages on back step or leave a paper saying package at post office. I am very up set about this. Hope you fix the problem
