“I first came to this laundromat back in December when our washer and dryer broke, and I had never used a laundromat before. Ms. Tori (I believe that was her name) was incredibly helpful! She helped me choose the right machines for the size of my loads and told me about their wash-and-fold, pickup, and dry-cleaning services. I happened to have a dress that needed dry cleaning, so I left it with them to be sent off.
And then...I completely forgot about it. For over EIGHT MONTHS. I genuinely thought I had picked it up and had even been accusing other people of borrowing and misplacing my dress before it finally hit me.
When I sheepishly returned in August, Ms. Tori was there again. Come to find out, she had actually been trying to call me all this time! For some reason, my phone's spam/scam filtering wasn't letting the calls through, but she had continued trying to reach me about my dress for months.
Apparently, my green dress had become a bit of a legend among the employees by this point. Ms. Tori and I laughed about the whole thing, and she helped me figure out what I owed and get everything taken care of. I was already embarrassed enough, and she never once made me feel worse about it. I was so relieved that they had it; all safe and smelling clean!
The facility and machines are clean and well-maintained; it smells of fresh, clean laundry in there, but the customer service really stands out. Ms. Tori was friendly, patient, and helpful both times I visited, even when those visits were eight months apart because I forgot my dry cleaning existed. Thank y'all so much! Apologies, again!

It is coins only so bring your quarters! They have a coin machine that accepts cash only. The washers and dryers ranged in size all the way up to 80lbs which holds about 3-4 regular loads of laundry. The prices range from $2 - $6 per load.
A very clean bathroom is also provided.”
