Traveling with a buddy of mine back to Panama City Florida we came in through a big rain storm and our windshield wiper stopped working and pulled into prestige auto works. They got us in and out and back on the road with working windshield wipers. Customer service and the techs are top notch! Thank you so much!! Definitely recommend this place to 10 out of 10.

Brought my 2018 2SS camaro in. Have had no issues with my brand new catback these great guys installed. Sounds and looks great. They had too cut the rear diffusers too make the new dual tips fit and even did a great job there. Will continue too give my business too this great company!

Started with this business in 2022 when I had a Dodge Challenger R/T, under the impression they were only providing after market support for MOPAR vehicles. Upon meeting with the owner, Mike, I learned quickly they are both a general maintenance and performance shop for all vehicle manufacturers. Also own a Camaro SS with aftermarket work and their employee Patrick has not only maintained the health of the car, but done repairs that were needed and they were more then reasonable for the price. 3 years later and have had zero issues with the vehicle. I usually never leave reviews but not being a mechanic myself and taking you're car into an auto shop it is always an unknown if the shop is trying to overcharge you, perform half ass fixes, or not do the work at all, but I can say this shop has never once screwed me over, the owner Mike has always been honest with me and been beyond reasonable in the price, and is my go to for general maintenance and aftermarket support đ

Avoid this place at all costs. I was initially quoted $5,000 to fix my ACâbefore anyone had even looked at the issue. When I questioned the price in person, they suddenly lowered it, which was already a red flag. I agreed to the revised quote, and after they claimed to have âfixedâ the problem, I found myself in the exact same situation: no working AC and a $1,200 bill for nothing.
They told me that all but one of my actuators were broken, which seemed suspicious. When I called a Lexus dealership, they told me itâs highly unlikely that nearly all actuators would fail at once. Despite this, I ended up paying for several parts I probably didnât need, and my AC still doesnât work.
To make matters worse, they didnât even have the proper equipment to reprogram the AC systemâsomething they knew in advance but never disclosed. As a result, I now have to take my car to the dealership anyway, just to get the job done right. In total, Iâm out $2,400 between parts and labor, and I still need to pay more to have the system properly reprogrammed elsewhere.
I also have to mention the ownerâs terrible attitudeâhe was defensive, visibly angry (even turning red), and completely uncooperative when I calmly brought up my concerns. This entire experience has been extremely frustrating, and I wouldnât recommend this shop to anyone.

Mike and his crew at Prestige have been an absolute pleasure to deal with. First, I would like to commend them on their communication with me. Anytime I reached out to them or had a question, they always responded quickly and with an intelligent answer, which is refreshing these days. I dropped my trx off for his highly sought-after custom camshaft and tuning experience. He completed the job in only 3 buisness days. Yes.. 3! I am not used to having the type of experience with most shops. Normally it weeks and no communication. I picked the truck up today and has surpassed any expectations I had for it. I couldn't be happier. I highly recommend Mike and his team. You won't regret it. Especially if you have the hemi platform. Don't waste your time or money anywhere else.

I took my car in and shortly after I received the same car but entirely different. Then I managed to mess something up, took it back down there and it was fixed in literally 2-3 minutes.

This shop is absolutely terrible please be advised. After spending thousands of dollars with this shop and spending money on inspections to make sure vehicles were in were in good mechanical condition. I find out that they were charging me and not truly doing inspections which in return is going to cost me $6000 to put a transmission in a truck that he said â was so clean mechanically it didnât even need an oil changeâ. I never haggled on pricing for any repairs of multiple vehicles sent within a 30 day span spending upwards of $6000 because I pay for quality. Iâm appalled at this terrible experience. Please do not come here! check on my inspection that was provided below for a vehicle that now needs a transmission and wasnât even driven 50 miles from time of inspection.

I brought my 2007 Town and Country van in for a motor mount issue and an exhaust leak. They found a thousand dollars in repairs needed, but I declined and stated that I would rather just have the motor mount and exhaust fixed. That was on a Thursday, so Friday afternoon when I didn't hear back, I called Prestige only to find out that they hadn't finished the repairs. So the following Monday afternoon, Prestige called me and said they had finished the repairs and was ready for me to pick up. They replaced the exhaust gasket and some crossover bolts, but that's all. The repair I came in for, the motor mount, was not replaced. I not only told Mike at the front desk that I needed the rear mount, but I also had told the mechanic that did diagnostics. I believe that they do good work here, but I didn't receive it. I had a thousand dollars in my pocket in case of a misunderstanding, and all of the work was performed anyway. I have dealt with many shops over the last 50 years, so I was prepared. I don't understand how there could be a misunderstanding when I explained to three associates what I was there for. First, I told the receptionist, and afterward, I told the mechanic, and lastly, I told Mike the proprietor. Once I find a shop that will perform the work I ask for with pride, I will be a loyal customer. Apology excepted Mike, but I will go elsewhere now.

i brought my hellcat in for a few mods and an oil change. everything turned out better than expected. mike took his time with me. as an older car guy these new cars with laptops can be intimidating. my car is an absolute beast and im learning the laptop as we go. i was recommended by one of his previous customers. i will do the same to anyone that has any kind of care work to do.
