“One of the BEST body shops in Baton Rouge hands down. They helped me turn the most stressful situation into a manageable one. Marcus (shop owner) is a very strait forward man and he runs a VERY HONEST BUSINESS. Every time I called Mr. Mike or Marcus answered the phone and answered all my questions. There are a lot of body shops in BR that are shady and they'll try to run your money up, but Toussaints isn't one of them. Best experience I've ever had with a body shop, I will be going back if/when I need anything in the future. They do custom stuff too.”

“Service is always excellent, staff is not just friendly they are knowledgeable. I admire the fact he keeps his prices low enough that he can help the average college student . It is also why he maintains his current location. He once did a custom paint job on my mobility scooter that got positive attention wherever I took it. Just for the record, Burbank Paint and Body is separate from C and R, which specializes in mechanical issues. They will work together if you have both mechanical and body damage so you only need to drop off your car once.”

Not only did they do more than what was originally needed for the car, but she fought to get a lower payment for my deductible. I highly recommend them if you ever get into a wreck and need repairs!!!”

“I love this place. There was an idiot who called this man a thief, and I wouldn't ever believe it. He has kept my cars running for years. Even when I was short, he helped me out. He is always helping people. This man would give the shirt off of his back and loves helping people. I have observed him for years. He knows what he is doing. He is highly respected. He will come in earlier or stay later to help his customers. When I was a kid and he drove us kids to school on his buses, there were times he refused to leave us 3 and 4 year olds home alone and would sit in McDonalds and feed us and then wait until our parent or parents got home.”

“I honestly brought them a dent that nobody wanted to work on. I don't often need body work done to my vehicle; so it was nice to see them babysit me through the entire process. Communication was very good, and they ended up completing the job, a day ahead of schedule. Mr.Lynn also brought me a few places during the process, even though it was last minute both times (haha sorry about that my man!)”

“They did an amazing job on my car. It took a month and a half but it was worth it. The part that was damaged looked brand new like it never happened. If I didn't have a picture of the damaged parts I would have forgotten what the damaged parts looked like. They also cleaned out the inside and vacuumed it. There wasn't a spec of dust or trash in the inside. It was a welcome surprise. They also washed it too. I will chose them against to fix my car in the future 100/10”

“This is the 2nd Performance Auto Body my work has referred me to (as I have a fleet car). I'd easily give both 5 star reviews. Obviously, I have no clue about coat comparisons, but as for customer service, they've both been great. About a month ago, I turned onto a street that had a manhole protruding upward that ripped off my undercarriage of my small car. My fleet company told me this was the closest contracted place, so I called and they were able to help immediately. Justin removed the covering (thank God it was a quick but temporary fix so I could go about my work day) then coordinated with my fleet company to get the part approved and ordered. That part took a while, but I'm sure it was nothing against Performance. I called a few times while waiting on the part and was told they were waiting on my fleet company. Once it was approved and the part came in, Performance called me to let me know. I called the day I was able to come, and they easily fit me in to pop the part back on. Wonderful to work with and very professional. I definitely recommend the Plaquemine and Gonzales locations of Performance and would choose them again in a heartbeat.”
