Marcus (shop owner) is a very strait forward man and he runs a VERY HONEST BUSINESS. Every time I called Mr. Mike or Marcus answered the phone and answered all my questions. There are a lot of body shops in BR that are shady and they'll try to run your money up, but Toussaints isn't one of them. Best experience I've ever had with a body shop, I will be going back if/when I need anything in the future. They do custom stuff too.”

A bunch of codes came up and told me the it was a sensor and couple of spark plugs and ignition coils went bad. They corrected the problem for a good price. “They did an amazing job on my car. It took a month and a half but it was worth it. The part that was damaged looked brand new like it never happened. If I didn't have a picture of the damaged parts I would have forgotten what the damaged parts looked like. They also cleaned out the inside and vacuumed it. There wasn't a spec of dust or trash in the inside. It was a welcome surprise. They also washed it too. I will chose them against to fix my car in the future 100/10”

It is also why he maintains his current location. He once did a custom paint job on my mobility scooter that got positive attention wherever I took it. Just for the record, Burbank Paint and Body is separate from C and R, which specializes in mechanical issues. They will work together if you have both mechanical and body damage so you only need to drop off your car once.”

“Just as many others have noted, we had to get our sienna fixed after someone spun out and destroyed its front end and Jimmy and the folks at Unique Custom Collision really took care of us. The only drawback was it was a little further a drive than other shops, but worth it! Everyone else was going to take longer and insurance wasn't paying out like they should (also didn't have much time bc we had short duration on our rental and wife/kids needed the car) but Jimmy gave us a great deal and got us in fast then communicated the entire way. A couple parts got hung up and he bent over backwards trying to find them. Then let us know as soon as he did that it might be a couple more days than he originally told us (still faster than other shops). As for the work, I actually waited to write this because I have had other work look good at first only to realize later that parts/work were inferior. But after a number of months everything is working and looking as it should. We will be back.”

The front and rear bumpers were damaged by them pushing it to start it and dumping it in a ditch. I can't say enough about how outstanding this place is.
