I advise against visiting the nail shop in Addis. They rush through the nail application process, which can cause the nails to pop off.

This was so rude. Website states this business closes at 6pm on Sundays. I pulled in the parking lot at 4:45pm. I get out the car walked to the door and the guy locks the door before I can pull on it looking dead at me. I’m a regular customer. If you want to close at 5pm, change the hours on your website. I think I would’ve appreciated them telling me sorry we’re not taking any more clients at this time then to watch me walk to your door and lock it.

This place used to be the go to place for nails. Service has gone down, poor customer service, they don’t acknowledge you upon entering. I know prices have changed, but their prices changes based on if they are busy or slow. This is not good business ethics because they do not provide great service. The place used to be kept clean, not anymore it could use a good deep cleaning.Service: Manicure

This is the absolute worse place, DO NOT COME HERE! The tech was very rude, harsh and non professional. She seemed mad from the beginning, ended up hurting me and literally yanked my nail while she was polishing them. I told her she needs to be more gentle. Did she bother to apologize? NO! I left the joke of a nail salon with my nail bit bleeding and very upset while the tech screamed her family owns all these other businesses. (So unprofessional) The place is very dirty and by far the worse service imaginable. I won't be surprise pif the city shuts them down soon.

Kim Vu is the best one to me! She is so patient and kind and always goes the extra mile. I have known her for probably 10 years and used her to do pedicures and manicures. She has never once hurt me and its a pleasure to go to her and get an excellent job done!! Every one there are super nice employees and its a great place to get your services done! I always get the french on my toenails and fingernails. They last a VERY long time staying beautiful as the first day!! Thank you Kim!! Thank you creative nails! GREAT JOB! 5-5-23

I am giving one star because 0 is not an option. My mother-in-law went for a pedicure with her best friend. My MIL’s heel was grated so hard that her heel cracked in multiple places. Her best friend’s toe was actually cut to the point of bleeding. They had a horrible experience. I do not recommend this place. My mother-in-law has a high pain tolerance and her heel is causing excruciating pain. Very poor service.

they was so ruff with my hands , one lady put the wrong sizes on my nails & my nails didn't even last a week for me to pay $50. I will NEVER go back. They suck.

I get pedicures at Creative Nails in Addis, and they are phenomenal! Ask for Grace - she goes above and beyond, and she is so nice! Best foot and leg massage. I left feeling so relaxed. Will definitely be back soon.Services: Manicure

I only do reviews when I get a discount or when I absolutely love something and in this case I absolutely loved this nail shop because they were so polite the TV was on investigation discovery which is one of my favorite shows and my nails were perfect ?Services: Acrylic nails

The lady who did my feet, didn’t do a very good job at all and when I said something about it, in a nice way, she started being very rude and speaking to the other lady that worked there in another language. The guy who did my nails was very nice and he did do an excellent job.Services: Manicures
