“I stopped by this Dollar General while passing through Independence, and I was pleasantly surprised by how organized the store was. The aisles were well-stocked with a solid range of everyday essentials—from snacks and household goods to seasonal items. It was easy to find what I needed without wandering around too much.The staff were friendly and quick to help when I asked about a product, and checkout was smooth with minimal wait time. Parking convenient, although a few boxes were stacked in the aisles, which made navigating with a cart a bit tight in places.”
“Even amongst all the chaos of people getting off from work and Christmas shoppers, the store was kept relatively neat and in order, which surprised me. The store was also well stocked. My only complaint is that it was so hot in there, I was miserable. Also, the gentleman they had on the register was extremely slow and, therefore, held up the line.”
“I think most of us are familiar with the Dollar General stores and their low prices. They have also grown a lot in the last decade or two and their convenient locations are more numerous than ever. I don't pretend to like all the products they sell but there's enough of them that I do like to save me a considerable amount of money. I don't think I can name a perfect place and the store by me has been having issues with one of the frozen food freezers and I am disappointed it has taken so long to resolve. I know eventually it will be solved and back to normal so my complaint is not that it happened but the length of time it's been down. Still a fan! Bon Marche! (Good Shopping)”
“It was pleasant. The service was at a fast pace, without being rushed. I was asked twice if I needed help, I was greeted coming in, and acknowledged & welcomed to come back as I was leaving. The people working the day shift are great, its the evening shift that has the attitude problems!”
“This location is usually stocked up. I've noticed a new employee or two. Finally, more help. The shelves look full with new products. They are also reorganizing. With better product placement!!”

I will go to this store which is about twenty to thirty minutes away from from the Dollar General that is about five minutes from my house because the staff is always friendly, store is well stocked, and more selection. Cannot say enough about how the staff there is always kind and helpful. They always speak to their customers and polite.”
“I swear I love this store! I like to come here and get carpet cleaning and upholstery cleaning items and I get them for a great price. I have quite a few animals and trust me, if it wasn't for this store I would not be able to afford the cleaning supplies that it takes to really make my house look like there's no animals in it ?.. carpet and upholstery cleaners like six bucks for one can at Walmart and even at the Dollar general it's still 3$ or $4.. I rather spend less for a product that works just as good so that's why I come here. And I'm always giving great customer service as well”

“Went in to buy a birthday gift today, the manager opened up the gift bag and put the toy in and made the gift paper stick out of the bag beautifully. He didn’t have to but offered anyway. Every time i go in the workers greet me and are super kind.”

“Clean well stocked store workers are extremely nice I had problems with my card and it was time for them to close and they didn't Mind going the extra mile for me and try every trick they knew to get my card to work even though I was making them stay longer then they had to don't get service like that much nowadays”
“Mr.John and the ladies that have been there for a while , are great! The store is usually organized and has what we need. We wish they could update it and turn it into one of the DG Market stores so that we won’t have to drive out to the next town to make groceries .

“Friendly staff always greets with a smile and great conversation. Everything is always stocked and clean. Never see anything not stocked a plus. In order for us to buy it, it should be on the shelf. Habit of buying products periodically becomes aggravating having to throw off timing when having to add another stop to an allready hectic schedule. Thank you Family Dollar”
