Kid at the front looked annoyed to see me. I had a question of their services. He answered we ain’t got that. Later on I was looking for another service and emailed the question. Never got a response. That place has changed the 90s!

My wife brought my 15 year old son to Ace Audio to purchase an amp for his dash, and rear 2 way speakers, that the attendant, walked to the vehicle to see what he had. The attendant recommended to him and sold him a Rockford, MONO, bass ONLY amp on Friday 4/19/2024. I returned the amp Monday morning with a restock fee that cost me $60. Enjoy the restock fee. It is your last dime you will get. My son is in the beginning stage of building a system for his Jeep. As a local business owner myself, I understand doing business right. You took advantage of my 15 year olds lack of knowledge. I shopped here with I was in high school myself. I’m surprised you made it this far treating customers this way.

They don’t answer the phone and do not understand car audio. I asked the guy for a amp and he said they don’t sell amps.

So, I was told when I called that the day I wanted to come would "be perfect"; this was about four days prior. So i get up and drive an hour and a half to get there when they open. The guy goes and looks at my vehicle, tells me he remembered talking to me, and then goes and checks with someone in the garage. He comes back, he does apologize, but one of the guys friend's was there and they had "a lot" to do on that vehicle...and could I come back on another day, which is a day I work, because if I wanted them to work on my vehicle I would be there "all day". The man I talked to said "they don't tell me anything". I drove an hour and a half on my day off and straight got shafted, then did the drive of shame an hour and a half home. Personally I would give them zero stars were that an option and, no I won't be returning.
