We bought an iPhone 15 we’ve been paying $17 a month for insurance within 10 months. The phone got hot and would not charge. I sent my wife in to get a new phone and pay the deductible for a brand new 15. They told her they could not do that. They lied and then they told her in order for her to get another phone. She would have to turn in her old phone and they would give her a $290 store credit.
When the deal is normally $750 off the phone bill They normally give you 30 days to turn in your phone. They made her give it right then and there so they could process it the next morning and we couldn’t do anything about It The two women were really rude to me If you go to N. Mall Dr. AT&T they will screw you over. I figured I could let my wife go by herself and they wouldn’t take advantage of her. But they did

I initially went to the AT&T store on MacArthur Dr bc my daughters phone was having issues after an upgrade but when I walked in, I was quickly told "we don't fix phones, we just sell them. I could sell you a new phone today or maybe try Best Buy or Apple Pie Repair" So I left there & went to the North Mall Dr location and the ladies there were extremely helpful, friendly, and did everything possible to try & figure out my daughters phone. That location will now be the only location my family and I will use.

The reason for my visit was Fully Resolved Because I Always Ask For Brandon Miller!!!He Is Very Knowledgeable And Informed And Always Very Helpful!!!I've been to the 3 other AT&T stores In Alexandria And Now I Only Go To The AT&T store on North Mall Drive When Brandon is there!!!I didn't tell Brandon this but I was going to leave AT&T and go to Cricket Because My Bill was Way Too Expensive But Brandon Helped me.
