Yall becareful with the deals thay have thay will Screw you over I got a new phone and put my old new on the new phone so I got the old phone payed off I had and the new number on the old phone and I can’t turn the old phone off to the new phone payed for so I got to leave a plan on the old phone I don’t use to my new phone is payed off so I’m paying for a plan on phone I don’t use and I can’t sale it old phone I got Screwed over big time I’m thinking about leaving AT&T DIRECTVi left them thy suck now the phone part is messing people over big time

The service was horrible worst service I’ve been apart of and we where coming over from Verizon which makes it even worse, totally regretting my discussion she rushed us out the door because she was suppose to go home two hrs prior. We didn’t ask to be put with this women now our phones don’t work right

Roy “attempted” to help me upgrade my phone. He told me anything I wanted to hear in order to make the sale. Told me that a promotion was available for my phone that was not, and took a payment. Didn’t learn until the next day that he lied, and he was not there to be held responsible. He also pushed and pushed as hard as he could to sell me on fiber optic home Internet service and assured me it was free with no contract, I could cancel in 6 months and never pay a dollar. Also learned the next day it was a lie. Cared zero for integrity or service, just pushed for sales and lied his way into one. Needs significantly more training before being allowed to sale AT&T products. Should have never made it to the sales floor. Do not buy from or trust ROY at this location.

Both times I've been to this store they have either messed my phone up or submitted a credit for a phone that I haven't fully authorized. Go to the one in Pineville. They are much more helpful. This place will steal your phone. I'd give zero stars if I could.

If I could give negative stars I would. I pay extra to upgrade early. They refused to upgrade the phone because of a TINY scratch. Called customer service showed them the scratch and they upgraded it no problem.

Nate, the salesman was so very helpful and kind. I enjoyed doing business with him and AT&T. He was very confident in his job and getting me the best plan possible. Service was great and fast. Definitely will be doing all my business with AT&T on mcauthur dr.

Went to Best Buy to get a new phone. We assumed they would transfer the phone, but apparently that required a separate appointment. We decided to go to AT&T instead. The employees here set my mom's phone up quick and we were able to get a screen protector and case. Were in and out in a little over 30 min.
