I do want to brag on one of their employees though! Andrea was super helpful and friendly! In just about 10 minutes she was able to look up everything I asked about, answer all my questions, and even take care of replacing my debit card that had a chip issue. She waived the fee since it wasn’t my fault, and she made the whole call easy and pleasant—we even had a few laughs. This is exactly why I love using a local bank with people who genuinely care. “Fast friendly service considering it was the 1st. of the mth. and it was slammed with people. They were on top of their game. The parking lot is horrible. Very very small and crowded. Very hard to access it any way you try to come in. Hard to get a parking spot. Have never had a problem with anything relating to Capital One financially. There's one thing they do need and it's a physical branch/location that you can actually walk into on the north side of the river. It's ridiculous to have a nationwide bank and have to drive 35 to 40 miles to acess it. Capital One needs to look at the influx of people in Pineville alone, not to mention Kingsville and other things moving northward. The only ATM for Capital One is in Lowe's parking lot and almost always has a line of traffic waiting. You can also deposit at Walgreens, the downfall is you usually have to go to the photo department because rarely is someone working the front register. Once again there's usually a line so don't plan on running in and running out.”
