They said I had to hold over 200 a month to waive the 6.00 fee. I had only a savings that was never used only for saving. They continued to pull the 6.00 every month with 200.00 in it. Then, their customer representative acted like I was in the wrong when I called. Do yourself a favor and stay clear of this credit fraud union.....

Was on and off the phone with the Loan Dept today for 4 hours. Most of it on hold. While waiting on hold again for the "next" Dept to pick up I was hung up on. Don't use this Credit Union.

I was lied to, embarrassed, and denied access to my money in my account. I went to the drive up and I was the only car in the drive up. I was thinking what's taking so long?? So I asked what was going on and I was lied to. The lady in the drive up said her computer was having issues!! Yea right! I been in banking for 12 years I know that lame excuse! So I went inside the lobby and I was treated like a criminal! Their was a lot of whispering and no explanation was given on why I couldn't access my money!! They said they didn't know, which they did! I asked who could I call they didn't know! Very poor customer service. Its obvious your staff needs more training on practicing their due diligence and to know your customer instead of making assumptions! I called customer service and spoke with Mrs. Sarah Copeland and she called the branch to demand I have access to my funds. She said their should of been no reason for them to hold my money or deny me access to me account. Please try to hire people with more experience and know what their doing. This was embarrassing and very uncalled for! If you would get to know your customers more and be more understanding of their financial situation this wouldn't case problems in the future. This is for all the banking staff there, including the manger at the Alexandria,LA location.. No one offered an explanation or help resolving this matter in branch. This is definately a good example of Poor customer rapport! If this is the type of business that is operated at this location my future financial needs will be conducted somewhere else. This could of been handled differently instead of being left in the dark.Very rude and they obvious don't have the proper skills,resources, and training for these types of incidents.

Was on hold for an hour listening to “barksdale appreciates our customers” like no brother, you don’t. So angry. Also they report to the credit agencies the wrong amount you’ve paid off every month. Significantly lower than the actual amount.

My wife and I went in to open a account I did not catch the lady's name cause I was on a emergency call. She could have started taking info from my wife but she became rude and ask to go back and wait so she could take someone else I was only on my phone for a minute and I was doneShe was very rude to my wife and me there was no reason for her behavior and they were not even busy. They are suppose to cater a little bit to veterans but I can assure if you are a combat vet like me our you have a spouse in the military don't go there. She sat in the first little office to the left when u walk through the main door. Very rude!!

My overall experience with dealing with this bank is horrible. For example I open an auto loan with the bank everything was approved . I'm thinking ok great until I had to pay for my auto warranty but when they bought out the contract from the dealership you bought everything or at least I thought so idk maybe it's just me. Secondly I had to pay for my license and tag which help me understand this isn't that included in the whole loan and financing of the vehicle or at least I thought so I was out of 1287 for warranty that should've came with the vehicle and another 400$ cause I lived inside the city limits something they should've known or at least when I was there ask me so I can tell you . To me they just didnt handle business right ????

This is really a great bank to help you are on consolidation in auto loans. However when it comes to refinancing your home nope. I spoke to a person that was very unprofessional after I told her who was my mortgage company.She quickly told me I have two houses with them and I haven’t had no problems. Like she was comparing my housing situation to her own.Then she told me everything that would actually not want me to deal with the bank and they just rubbed me the wrong way. But they have taken care of me for auto loans.
