I wouldn’t give these people 1 star!!! Brian in the Service department is beyond rude!! Don’t bother them on a Friday for sure. I will never call these people for anything again.

Professional and efficient service. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Used them for a garage door spring replacement and suggestive maintenance which saved me a second service charge. Swift to respond to my message and quick with appointment setting. Service/repairs were quick too. I enjoyed chatting with both technicians that came to my house. Very polite and will definitely use this company again.

Just tried to call to get a quote on service and the cost of torsion springs and it sounded like I was bothering them. Guess I'll call somebody else.

I cannot begin to describe how much I appreciate The Best Little Door house! From new construction, to hurricane damage, to tornado damage, they have helped us keep our businesses running with great prices and unbelievable service!In addition to our businesses, they have fixed our doors on our home that have broken or that my kids have driven through (yes driven through)!!No matter what your door needs, commercial or home, they will deliver with great products and great prices and great service every time!!!

I have used Best Little Doorhoise for nearly two decades and they have never failed to do a good job.Today, two young men came to my house on the Cane River. They did a fantastic job and they did it in through and professional manner. It was done quickly, no fooling around, and both me were courteous and friendly. I will continue to use the company when I have need for repairs, or new installations.Indeed they are the Best!

Ordered 2 doors and the technician Troy, who installed them was efficient,knowlegable and very informative. Removed old doors and disposed of them.Would recommend them to anyone who is in the market for garage doors.

I had 3 garage doors installed 5 years ago. Great service and look. Also had damage due to weather and another problem with vagrants pulling out wires and the company was very quick getting someone out for repairs. Very professional and friendly.
