Needed propane parts on the day after Christmas. They were there, friendly and extremely helpful. I will go back there for sure. Thanks

So, you go online to see if they're open and it says they are on Saturdays. Yay! You drive to their location and pull into the parking lot and there is a lit open sign flashing in the window and a sign outside that says 'open'. I'm like, "Yes! Today is going to be a good day!" But then you walk up to the door and there's a sheet of paper taped to the glass that says "call in case of emergency and someone will be here in 5 minutes." What kind of emergency do people have where they need to come up there and buy cooking supplies? If I needed propane on a Saturday I could go to the Home Depot. That means you're NOT open. That means you will open up if it's an emergency only. That means you need to change your hours online. That means you need to turn off the open sign and put that other sign inside. That means you ticked me off for wasting my time. But, I'm too nice to say this to anybody's face, however, I can go online and vent my frustrations. There, I feel better now. Serenity now.

Staff was VERY professional and helpful. Also created a vibe that made me feel at home. I couldn't find a part anywhere around town until I stopped at Big Way and the cashier was knowledgeable enough to point me out to it in a matter of seconds !!! I recommend anyone looking to be treated like a respected customer to stop in.

I was looking all over town for good cast iron for a good price and am thankful I came across this place. I was greeted at the door and found what I wanted and a little extra. Thank you

We were charged $50 for less-than-half-filled tanks all while the owner talked us in circles. As we were leaving he turned and said "if somebody offers your something for free, it's likely a scam". Little did we know he was referring to himself. WATCH OUT! We left our visit to Big Way feeling uneasy. We dealt with the owner himself who was willing to open up shop for us (without us asking) to fill our two 30-pound propane tanks. We thought it was just a nice gesture, fooled us.

BEWARE! This man is a scammer and apparently proud of it.
