Went there today 7/28 to look at furniture saw some things I was interested in I asked the 2 girls there some questions and they wouldn’t even acknowledge me. 1 was laying on the coach playing on her phone the other sitting playing on her phone. So after a few minutes of looking at them waiting on an answer. I walked out and told them they need to get off their phone and tend to the customers. They missed out on a cash sale.

You won't find better. If you want quality merchandise AND quality treatment, then make like a mattress and spring over to BOXDROP right now!! Had a great time picking out our mattress. The lady went the extra mile in making sure I got exactly what I wanted. Gave us a price that we thought was very fair and BTW cheaper than anywhere else has been, and when we were checking out she said "oh this is only $175" a whole $50.00 cheaper than she had said. The atmosphere when you walk in is great and continues to get better. Very friendly and accommodating, and the best prices in town. They even deliver!! I would recommend anyone looking for a mattress go here.. you won't regret it!! Thank you so much. You have changed this stressful experience into a great one!!

Been shopping for a mattress for about a month. Been to all the major retailers in alexandria until I found this place. Staff was amazing and did everything to ensure I got the mattress that was best for me. Prices were well below their competitors and unlike the competitors all their mattresses were in stock. Had my truck loaded up and ready to go that day vs the other places that would jave a delivery date 2-3 weeks out from date of purchase. 100% would shop their again.

This place is the best. Amie, the lady who owns it is so amazing. She will totally educate you on mattresses and then if she has something you need the price is better than anywhere else and if not she will tell you where you can find it. Everything about this place is just the best.Also tell that delivery guy with the beard he is really awesome too!
