I called them and asked if they had my tire size. They confidently told me yes they do have that higher size and I can get that tire. I drove for an hour with a bulge in my tire… to get to this shop because all tire repair shops were closed on Sundays and didn’t have my tire. When I got there a man walked out of the shop. I asked him if he had my tire size and he said he would check. He looked through the whole shop for about 5 to 10 minutes and told me he does not have my tire size. He said he’s going to try to find a tire that is close to that size, to make it work. I told him that I was told on the phone but he did have that tire size and he said it’s because his boss is at the location and sometimes we’ll say they have stuff that they might not have, because he doesn’t know what our current stock is.
Then I told him that his boss was dishonest for promising to have something that he might not have. Then this worker was trying to talk over me and Kami off because I told him that he should give me a discount if he does replace my tire because he promised something that they don’t have. I told him to wait his turn, and not to Talk✨ when I’m talking and he will have his chance. Then he said he’s going to go and check the nearby location to see if they might have the tire or attire with a similar size. He said to wait at the shop and he will be back. I called another shop that was open nearby and thank God they actually had the tire.
Do not come to this tire shop. They are not honest, they are rude, and they are scammers. They have a history of overcharging women and trying to condom out of their lack acknowledge on vehicles. He really tried the wrong person today because I actually have a general understanding of vehicles and I am not afraid to stand up for myself.

Called and asked if they had a set of used 33s to fit my truck.the owner said yes he had a very nice set.drove an hour down there to see a worn out set of tires.that were not 33s!! Decided to purchase 2 of them due to being in a bind.the employees scratched my wheels up bad and had no respect for my property. I would not recommend this place to my enemy. Horrible example of a tire shop.

Caught a flat traveling from Ho,uston to Alabama on a Sunday. Went to Walmart and of course, they do not have my tire size in stock. Most of the tire shops were closed. The ones that was open also didn't carry my size. I had called Broadway and they got me back on the road in no time.
