If I could leave zero stars I would. They changed me an extra $200 for damage (which didn’t occur) and returning the car on full (which it was on full). I called Budget Customer Support and they refunded my money. I will never rent from the AEX location again.

Just T E R R I B L E overall. Customer service and overall operation is a total fail here. Had a reservation for a rental and the desk was closed upon landing of our flight. Had to take an Uber to our hotel and then another Uber to head back the following morning. Arrived at 9:00am as soon as they opened and the employee working the front desk said there were no clean vehicles available and we could either wait or take a dirty car…we obviously could not wait so we took the dirty rental car. Common sense says we would’ve received a DIRTY rental car even if our flight had arrived before they closed…Do better Budget

Be careful!!!!. I picked up my car 5 mins early and they charged me an extra hour with out telling me. Also she processed ny credit card and added all the coverage with out asking me if I wanted the extra coverage. They printed out the contract and said initial here here and sign here. By the time realized they deceived me it was too late. Had to call customer service to get the extra stuff refunded. Also rental cars her are very pricey. Don’t pick your car a few minutes early or they will charge and tell no insurance before you give them you card. Unfortunately limited choices at this airport.

Completely terrible experience. Had family coming in on a late night flight, couldn't get the car because they closed. We go the next day to pick it up and get told several different excuses on while we can't get a car today. 2 days later we finally get the car after days lost due to an error on their part. No excuse to ruin people's trip.

I wish I couldGive you and your associates a negative rating. Despite reserving and preparing for a mini van, nothing was available two days in a row. We were supposed to leave on a 14 day road trip and it has been completely ruined. None of the agents were helpful at all.

Do not rent from these lying thieves! Tried to charge me for fuel that I did not sign up for and filled vehicle with fuel before I returned it. They also charged me for extra insurance that I said no to but charged me for! My fault for trusting them when I started signing and not paying attention to what I was signing! 0 stars! They are dishonest!

I had the worst experience ever please explain how a 14 day rental cost $600 but to extend the same rental cost $1200 but if I get a new rental it would be the regular price. I kept the car an extra day on Friday to which I was charged on Friday. Took the car back and the agent refused the return due to she was closing. No problem I brought the car back on Sunday and was charged $400+ claiming I kept the car over the time I rented it which I already covered. Don’t waste your time with this very unprofessional company

I would absolutely give this Unit 0 (but it won't post unless you pick at a minimum 1 Star). The worst rental experience ever with Desk Staff and "Manager" who was off for the day and refused to offer any help whatsoever to Customers who needed local assistance and forced Customers (multiple customers) to have to call the 800 Customer Service line.

AEX Alexandria Louisiana - American Airlines last flight arrives between 10:30pm and 10:45pm, the budget counter needs to stay open until 11:00pm! Please!!!

Horrible place to rent from and even more horrible to work for. They do not treat their staff or their customers with respect. They have a 2 to 3 Stat rating for a reason. If you have the option find another rental car place bc this company should be condemned!!!

This is for the Alexandria (airport), LA.Car windows (Inside) were dirty, back tires had a slow leak. When I reported this to the agent, I was told I would have to pay $250 per tire to fix it. The plates were expired by 3 months.

If you're arriving at this location for a 45 day TDY do yourself a favor and rent a car elsewhere. Just like others have mentioned the cars are not clean. My vehicle smelled like cigarettes and had a dent the size of a softball at the rear driver side wheel well. I noticed the vehicle damage prior to accepting possession of the car and had the representative document the damage (no replacement vehicle available).There is no customer service at this location. The staff is ill trained, unprepared and or will claim ignorance (of the computer systems) in order to not assist. They will not provide invoices for you to update your employer with billing information. They will turn you away and or have you call customer service to then have customer service tell you that issues have to be resolved at the counter. I spent 3 hours trying to get an invoice with no success. I returned the vehicle on 6/7/2022, and 6 days later I still have not received an invoice.
