Cenla Moving Co did an amazing job with our move from Flowermound, Texas to Louisiana. We were on a tight schedule, and they accommodated us in every way! The gentleman who did the truck Were very experienced! I was impressed how well they knew how to pack the truck. They will go above and beyond your expectations. I would highly recommend Cenla movers!

Wayne and his crew were amazing. Gave a fair estimate after walking through my home to view every room that needed to be moved. Made a plan and showed up on time with all of the necessary equipment including a large moving truck. They even moved my piano without a problem. The crew was courteous, professional, and efficient. I would hire Cenla Moving & Delivery Services without hesitation.

Best moving company I have ever had. Efficient, friendly, accommodating- can’t recommend highly enough. They responded to my call right away, kept in touch in days leading up to move, and answered any questions I had by text right away. I needed them on short notice, and they worked with me. You will not be disappointed if you choose this company .

These guys did the absolute best job at transporting my grand piano over 3 hours. No scratches, no dents, no marks, the piano is still in perfect condition! They worked with me to find a date to move the piano, and though I had to call and cancel the first date due to a family emergency, they were quick to help find an alternative date, and the owner was very helpful and kind to my family in finding a way to make this happen! Five stars! I'd give them 10 if I could, I would definitely recommend this company for your moving needs!

They were late the day of pick up saying they had a flat tire. They were late delivery as well saying they had a flat tire again. We slept on the floor both nights because of them being unreliable. We hired them for a stressless move and it ended up being a disaster.

This was a very disappointing experience. Mr. Wayne initially was very prompt in responding to my call and in helping plan the move. However, things fell apart as the move approached. Items were not packed as scheduled and on the day of the move, there were not enough trucks and movers were late. At one point, they left mid day for lunch and indicated they would be back later to finish. Hours passed and there was no communication from Mr Wayne or his team. As this was an out of town move, it created significant inconvenience since we had to drive. A lot of furniture was thrown (literally) into a storage shed on the property. I had to ask the buyers of my home for their permission to leave these items there indefinitely while Cenla Movers made arrangements to move them to my new home. Mr. Wayne abandoned his one remaining team member as darkness fell. This team member had to get items that did not fit on the truck into the storage shed. When items arrived at our new home, some were missing or damaged. Mr Wayne was highly rude and unprofessional in resolving these issues. Look elsewhere. This is not a professional company.

I had originally hired Darryl's Moving service for my move. They showed up the morning of in a small pickup truck stating they would make several trips to move my items in this small truck and an Explorer. No trailer, no tarps no nothing! I sent them away and was in tears, I called Cenla Moving and got Mr Wayne on the phone told him my dilemma and he jumped into action to make sure I was taken care of. Him and his staff showed up the following morning in a proper moving van, ready to move me. He was compassionate and kind and felt bad that the other moving company had done me so wrong. He and his staff went above and beyond to make sure the rest of my move was stress free and successful. Thank you so much Cenla Moving for your help in a bad situation, I am forever thankful for you and your staff.

The only reason I’m not giving one star, is because the job was done, and the movers were friendly and helpful. Mr. Wayne is extremely unprofessional. Here are the bullet points of my experience.- He did not send his movers until 4 pm when our appointment was at 9 am (he said because of rain, but it wasn’t raining)- when I called to get an update, he was extremely rude to me, and told me he was taking care of something personal instead- he lied to his workers, and told them they were moving me to the second floor, when my apartment is on the third floor, so they only had two guys for a three man job- One of the movers left before the job was done, and left the other guy to move my $2000 tv, so I HAD TO BOX UP AND MOVE MY OWN TV UP TWO FLIGHTS OF STAIRS- when I told Mr. Wayne about this, he said, “So you had to move one box, shoot me”- Mr. Wayne then proceeded to yell and berate me over the phone, making excuse after excuseOverall, it was a terrible experience, and I do not recommend using this company. Unless you like moving your own furniture, stay away!
