I’ve been banking with Chase for 10 + years - recently moved to the Alexandria area and I am not impressed with the service at the Jackson St. location. I can’t seem to ever be able to see a banker to add my husband to my account. Today, once again, we were told we wouldn’t be able to see a banker, and the tellers weren’t even able to make us an appointment for another day. They told us we could wait to see if the banker might be done before closing today to assist us. We waited, the banker came out to grab some papers off the printer, and went back into her office and closed the door without saying a word to us. Apparently, this Chase branch doesn’t value its customers.

It was a bank. They gave me money and took my deposit. 10/10 banking basics.

Really sad that this branch represents the Chase Bank corporation. You need to step it up and be better in customer service...and in property management. When will the other ATM be fixed? I moved here a couple months now...at least 4...and this atm is STILL BROKEN. Come on. Just because it's a small town does not mean mediocrity should be the status quo. Get it together.

$10 to cash a check issued from Chase itself. Does anything need to be said more about these huge banking CORPORATIONS than that? They are charging the business a fee TOO. Chase and Capital One are basically legal thieves. How democratic and patriotic they genuinely must be. They are truly the worst!

The manager Shiela is awesome. She helped us finally get a situation fixed with Chase Auto. Jumped through hoops for us and very friendly throughout. A big relief for sure.

Don’t expect to get your money anytime soon they will hold everything for days doesn’t matter if in your account or not. Government checks are day late, despots are day late, and transactions between accounts at same bank takes days. Will look you in the face and tell you that you can’t have your money till they decide to give it to you.

READ THIS BEFORE OPENING ACCT WITH CHASE. Chase is the most unprofessional, unorganized bank I've dealt with, and we worked in the banking industry 20 years. Nobody in the bank will make a decision, even if the bank made an error and you try to resolve it, whether that's corporate tying their hands, or management being afraid to make a decision. If a teller can't solve an issue and you meet with the branch manager, the manager calls the same customer support that already couldn't help before you visited the branch and wouldnt help the teller. Everything is done over the phone with people that speak in broken English and give you different answers every time you call. Chase very much has the attitude that working class people are peasants and they are the gate keepers to your own money. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND GO WITH A LOCAL BANK OR CREDIT UNION. They forgot it was the American people that bailed them out when JP Morgan Chase played such a big part in the 2008 financial meltdown.

Chase Bank in Alexandria, LA on Jackson Street has very friendly staff who are very helpful & professional. They do stay very busy and at times you have to wait in line but that's to be expected. It's always a pleasure doing business with Chase Bank.

Very disappointing especially after being in the banking industry 6+ years because I know how banks are usually operated. All I needed to do was add someone to my account we waited 30+ minutes but obviously you need an appointment for that? It would take less than five minutes to do so. I also saw two tellers and only two bankers? It seemed surprisingly understaffed considering the location. This is for the next customer; if you need to do anything with a banker make sure you make an appointment even if it is just adding someone to an account because they will not take you. I am still shaking my head because that was very unprofessional on their part.

Only two workers inside every time I go there. One at the drive through window and one at the inside teller desk. It’s always at least a 35 minute wait at the tellers line or up to an hour if you need any other service. The drive through service is horrible as well usually taking between 30 and 40 minutes to get through.

After using Capital One since they were Hibernia and paying an outrageous amount of NSF fees (I was stationed overseas for 2 years and them sorry ____ definitely took advantage of that). I tried a couple of other banks and credit unions that were a lil better. But I've been with Chase for a few years now and I have absolutely nothing negative to say about them. Thanks Chase, it's really nice knowing if I ever do run into an issue I will have your help rectifying that issue quickly.
