I will never send another family member there again if their life depends on it. She was in there a week all they had her on was a liquid diet. She was already 99lbs. I ask for a feeding tube. They refuse one. So she hasn't had no nourishment in her body for a week. She had sores in her mouth from Chemo. She had eat mash potatoes scramble eggs. Now when she gets home I got to push alot of nourishment in her

I came to the hospital about 9:45 am and was seen in triage. No type of test or anything was done. I sat in the waiting until almost 12pm. I walked out and left. I'm in chronic pain from the middle of my back down to my legs. My hands hurt very badly and are cramping which I know it's from carpal tunnel but now the braces are not working. I'm in so much pain and the lack of empathy in that hospital is ridiculous. I'll go elsewhere. I see all these 5 star ratings and their either lies or someone who works there because there is no way this hospital gives 5 star service.

We had a great experience. The nurses in the paediatric unit are very attentive and helpful. We loved Kayla and Danielle. They took great care of our little boy and he did not even want to be discharged. The lady who brought his food was also so very sweet and would ask him what he wanted, which he loved. Thank you for making a stressful situation not that bad!

To say I was shocked at this hospital is an understatement, especially it being Christus which I thought held itself to a higher standard. I live in Texas and my mother is in Cabrini as I type this and if I was able, I can assure you she would be brought over here to Christus or Baptist in Beaumont. What in the world is going on? First, I had to use the restroom and found one on the first floor that was equal to a restroom in a roadside park. Seriously? You are a hospital. Secondly, when my sister and I first arrived we were told by my mother and step father that a nurse had told them they were doing an endoscopy checking for cancer which scared them to death. There was absolutely no reasoning at all for this ESPECIALLY for her to just blurt it out and say "well I'm not supposed to tell you this but I believe in being straight forward". Really? If you're not supposed to then why did you and scare the hell out of them?????? And guess what, that endoscopy showed no cancer at all, her stomach looked great. So why? She kept having to ask for something for pain and finally a doctor comes in to talk to her. She asked him what was next and he said "well we just have to run some more tests. I spoke up and told him perhaps they should check her gallbladder since she was showing the exact same symptoms that my sister and I both had in the past and I guess a light bulb came on. He asked her where she hurt, and she showed him and he had an ah ha moment. I don't expect anyone to be perfect, however I do expect a certain level of professionalism and knowledge considering you are a hospital. That nurse had NO BUSINESS blurting out what she did when the simplest possibilities had not even been considered and/or ruled out. I've noticed the length of time that has passed since a lot of these reviews have been posted and seems nothing has changed so why even offer an "integrity line"? You should be ashamed and appalled at the bad reviews you have received and at least made an attempt to fix the apparent issues. So don't respond by giving me that useless phone number. People come to your hospital in pain needing help and from the looks of it end up with nasty rooms and nasty rude unprofessional nurses. The ONLY reason I gave 2 stars is the CNA was good and the cafeteria food was good. Besides that, if, as a hospital, you can't do better maybe you should close your doors or sell out to a health care facility that actually cares.

The head nurse ( Amber James) was very inappropriate and nasty to meAll I asked for was moisturizer and she told me they don’t have anyWhen I asked another nurse I was given moisturizer with no problem. I’m not sure if she was having a bad day or she really just doesn’t careSo I asked for her name then she called the police on meThe police came in , then she came in shortly afterAnd then she came in asking for me to leave the hospital againThe police didn’t even make me leave because he knew she was wrong and nasty.

First, I would like to say that every single staff member we encountered went above and beyond to see to our needs in the emergency room and the sympathy and empathy was the biggest first impression we got from everyone. There was one nurse, a meant to draw blood and the like, who was maybe on the end of her shift and wore a bit of a begrudging nature on her sleeve. Long days happen. We had a long day as in between each nurse or specialist, there would be quite a long wait in between seeing the next person. Though they are understaffed, at times, we did feel forgotten. Lastly, after waiting a good while for our prescription to be written out, we finally leave and go to the pharmacy we mentioned only to find they did not carry the medication we were prescribed. We thought our script would have been called ahead or, at the very least, verified it would be available at our place of choice. Or to have been recommended a place that definitely did have it would be nice. We are still without the medication and will continue our search on Monday.

This place is horrible. Hotel rooms are cleaner than patient rooms. The staff we dealt with were horrible. Had to ask 3 times for meds. Nurse said she forgot. Go to Rapides or out of town. Stay away from this place.

The staff is awesome! The beds are just horrible for back surgery patients. We had a horrible night there with pain and patient could not stand to even lay down in the bed

If you enjoy being robbed its the best place to go. I dont think there is even 1 person in the accounting department that can add two plus two without a calculator or some form of computing device.

I have been visiting the Cabrini Health care network for over a year and I have had a good experience with each visit. They have been taking the the time to try to help diagnose my unknown medical issues.

Patient care is atrocious. Elderly patient with dementia is not being assisted with eating and consequently his nutrition, which is a vital component of recovery after major orthopaedic surgery, is suffering. No one is interested or cares. They should be ashamed of themselves.

Only give this a 2 because Dr Biley (?spelling) in the OB ED and Dr LaFleur were amazing! But the hospital room was FILTHY. My sister is breastfeeding (5 days postoperative C-section delivery) and they didn’t offer her a single bite of food nor bring her a meal tray (got there at 3 pm and I left her there at 10pm, I ended up going to get her food) the nurse placed a foley and left her with betadine and KY Jelly dripping all over her perineum, and she was so swollen she could barely breathe much less move, with preeclampsia, and I was taking care of baby and unable to assist. They put her on a terribly uncomfortable labor stretcher instead of regular bed. So then we had to change rooms, and MANY other things. Oh and the guest furniture is from LITERALLY 1968, so old and awful and worn. This hospital needs TO CLOSE DOWN if they can’t get their s*^# together, I personally wouldn’t bring my dog there! The end:/

Best nursing and doctors staff I’ve seen since Covid Exceptional service for my mother. Northeast Louisiana medical center in Ruston could take lessons. Highly recommend.
