I was looking for clearance items but had came much too late. I have gotten great deals on mark down items in the past but these days if getting less and less likely with how expensive everything is. I still love Dillard's. This is where I love to shop for my grandson and he stays very sharp

The hubby and I went christmas shopping yesterday evening 12/21/24. I was looking for Clinique. A sweet young lady walked us over introduced us to the ladies working the area. Told them what i was looking for they showed us gifts sets told us every product inside and what it was good for. Customer service A+ Knowledge on products A+. It's hard to find that now days. Keep up the good work ladies!!

The only thing that was positive on my visit here was Ms Pattie in the dishes area. Unlike others she went above and beyond. She was nice and respectful to me and my family and didn't speak to us in a demeaning tone yet spoke to us like we mattered. We were going to leave until she walked up to us. All the associated should treat all their customers or potential customers with respect like ms pattie. Such a sweet person.

Dillard's in Alexandria Louisiana needs better training for their employees. Looking for a certain perfume. I was in the perfume area, I talked to this young lady & she couldn't help me. I love shopping at Dillard's mainly in the women's clothing, so I get over there in the women's area and looking around then the same young lady that I talked to, came up to me to inform me there was a young lady that would like to speak to me but she has a boot on her foot and she can't get up. Assuming it's about that certain perfume, I inquire about, that on my way back to the perfume area, I asked her if she knew if this is about the perfume that I'm looking for. The young lady said I don't think so, so the other young lady is in a perfume area when I get there she wants to know if I want a Dillard's card. I was interrupted for something that she would benefit from. That was uncalled for!! I've been shopping with Dillard's for a very long time and this was so unprofessional!!! It makes me wonder what exactly is Dillard's turning into. I will never return to that Dillard's. I like going to Dillard's because to me it's an upscale store but after visiting Alexandria's Dillard's, it's far from being the upscale store I've become familiar with!! That's not the Dillard's that I've known all my life, made it feel below the standards that I hope they ALWAYS hold their company too!!!

I’ve been a Dillards shopper since I was a little kid. I’ve always gotten my clothes and paid a couple dollars more just because I know that they are going to last forever. The staff were very helpful.
