This business does not accept FEDEX packages to hold. I went to retrieve my package and the manager said they do not accept FedEx, yet it still shows on the website as an authorized location

I ordered something on black Friday. It was supposed to arrive by Dec 6th. I'm still waiting. I tried calling, but I can't speak to a person. FedEx, you really should do better.
