Awful awful awful. Literally the absolute worst customer service. There’s about 8 people in that store and none of them can do their job even close to adequate. We only asked to try on one pair of shoes and the guy 1)didn’t even listen to the size correctly, and 2) never got us the shoes.. he said “I just put it on the screen someone should get it”. We look around and no one is doing anything to get them. So eventually after a while we just left because obviously no one was going to get the shoes any time soon. I don’t know who is hiring these kids but obviously they need to do better because this was completely unprofessional and it’s definitely cutting down on their ability to make sales with customers. Will not be going back there again.

Terrible customer service. The employee that waited on me was rude and played on their phone the entire time very unprofessional. She told other employees that they were ready to go home and that was an hour after opening up.

Terrible customer service. No one asked if we needed help or sizes. They were all just talking/dancing and on their phones. Even seemed bothered when I asked for a size.

Reserved doesn't mean reserved. They lost my shoes that I spent points to reserve. Still no reimbursement.I had status exclusive access for the Jordan 1 Bred patent leather and was excited to buy the shoes. However, I went to the store to pick them up during the designated time 11-5, I arrived at 4:20pm. and they no longer had my pair of reserved shoes. I am extremely disappointed and feel tricked and lied to by spending points to reserve shoes that were not there. I also wasted my time and money traveling over an hour each way to pick up nothing. The employees said they knew there was an issue and were short two pairs beforehand but did not know what size and didn't contact anyone about the issue. Although they knew they were out the employee went to the backroom to 'check again' and then tell me their story of missing shoes. They then said all I can do is leave my name and number for the manager to call. However, no one has called me to correct the issue.I have lost trust in Finishline and do not have confidence in the employees at the store. I still have not been refunded or compensated with what I spent my money and points to reserve.Their customer service and supply 'tracking' is severely lacking. I can not recommend them and beware of their exclusive status access.-Disappointed "exclusive" access status member.

They have the most pooriest customer service skills ever. I went in there a few years ago to get my kids shoes for school in August. No one greeted me. I stood there over 30 mins. Finally I asked to be helped and I was told I would have to wait. They was literally standing there talking amongst each other. I guess that thought I was poor or something. My Dad went in there last night. He had the shoes less than 24 hours and the air pocket went out. The two girls were rude as well as the manager. Refused to correct the issue. The staff pressures you into buying things you don't want or need so they can get their individual numbers up. After telling the associate 5 times I didn't want the shoe cleaner he tried to ring me up for it anyway. I left my selection on the counter and walked out
