Sweet Scents N More deserves all the love and recognition ❤️
I stumbled across Sweet Scents N More right before Christmas, and honestly... they saved me. Google originally showed a location in Alexandria, but that one is closed - they're now in Bossier and Natchitoches. I needed candle fragrances fast (because of course I waited until the Friday before Christmas), and this store came through in every way.

I ordered several candle scents and a diffuser, and let me tell you: the quality is unreal. The diffuser is my new obsessionand every SINGLE fragrance oil smells exactly like the name brand versions - sometimes even better. Their prices are unbeatable for the level of quality you get.
What really pushed me to write this review, though, was their customer service. I couldn't get the in-store pickup option to work, so I messaged them through their website. Even though they respond a little slowly, they always got back to me within 24 hours.
They were kind, patient, and genuinely willing to help. I asked if I could switch my order to in-store pickup because I needed the scents ASAP for candle making. They immediately said yes and even offered to send the address. When I realized the pickup wasn't in Alexandria but in Bossier or Natchitoches, I told them to just ship it instead. They didn't get annoyed, didn't ignore me, didn't brush me off - they just worked with me.
And the best part? My package arrived on Christmas Eve. Perfect timing. They could've easily ignored my messages and just shipped the order like normal, but they didn't. They were ready to prepare everything for pickup if that's what I needed. That level of understanding and customer care meant a lot.
