The supervisor named Larissa is extremely rude and unprofessional. Talks to people like they’re stupid. Beware of her when shopping here. It’s a shame because I have bought a lot of stuff from here but that’s gonna change now.

Pretty reasonable prices, cheap but decently made tools. If it's not electric, it's probably fine, but maybe get the warranty for anything else

If I could give 0 stars I would lol, because I drove an hour to this store to get a motorcycle mount and i’m not sure if it was because it was 15 before closing time that the guy and lady who worked their shift last night just had a not welcoming attitude and when i asked for a product availability the guy did not even acknowledge me and went straight for the product number and the other lady went to check in the back. Comes to find out the product isn’t back there, but it showed online it was available and I also called before going today to make sure it was available so I did not have to waste my time again and sure enough they had two of them. Customer service was horrible. I cannot speak for the rest of the employees, but for the lady and guy yesterday 12/14/24 at 8:35pm working that shift did not provide good customer service. absolutely horrible.
