This store has the WORST customer service. I asked 3 associates for help, counted 5 more who saw me standing there, looking lost, who refused to make eye contact and didn't bother to ask the customer if u needed help. POOR. LAZY. UNPROFESSIONAL for 3 more associates to stand around talking to each other, helping no one at self check out. I left and went to Sutherlands.

I went in there to get a washer for my daughter and they had a special where you would get a year’s worth of tide with the purchase of a GE washer. I chose the washer that I wanted but it wouldn’t ring up with the tide special. The salesman whose name is John tried and tried to get the transaction done. I don’t know how long it took but he didn’t stop until he got it right. Some sales people hide when they see you coming but John took his time to help me and I really appreciate what he did for me

Giving Fe Fe Smith a 5/5 star review! She was so so helpful with wonderful hospitality. To who it may concern, give this lady a raise. There’s too many mean and ungrateful workers everywhere, but she isn’t one! Best experience buying home appliances thus far! Will definitely be back for any further needs. I hope she sees this!

Your local competitor has NO ONE on the floor to help. You can call for help and they might never show up. Recently we purchased things there that we should never have had to lift and load ourselves. BUT, Alexandria Home Depot has been WONDERFUL to provide assistance. In particular, Matthew, in tubs/faucets has been extremely helpful. Each time we have been in that area, he has SOUGHT US OUT TO OFFER HELP rather than us having to find someone to help. Please do not reduce your customer service like your competitor. You stand out among other hardware and home improvement stores. Thank you!

Remodeling my bathroom so making many trips and ordering and getting things wrong and returning and replacing things I need. The staff is very helpful and polite. The customer service is outstanding. I believe the lady in flooring is awesome and the gentleman in customer service is pretty awesome also. Thank you for everything.

Fabulous service. They were short handed but still took time to help me get the top shelf pots. They also helped me get propane adapters to fit my situation. I was very grateful for the gracious attitudes. Willing and pleasant.

Customer service was awesome. I was having an issue using my gift card, and they stepped in and assisted me. It took a moment to figure things out, but they remained patient.
