We booked our room as a stop over going to New Orleans and booked the room coming back because of the personal service that we received. Room was nice and the bed was very comfortable. “Exceeded my expectations and I would solidly above average for a Hampton experience based largely upon the staff.First time since covid that I had my room straightened up daily without asking. Also nice happy hours every evening can really add up if your trying to save money on dinner etc.Close enough on the expressway side that I needed earplugs to sleep well on the first floor.”

“Was clean and had good service. Only breakfast we ate was limited since there seemed to have a High School soccer tournament that weekend and the employee had a hard time keeping up. Other than that all was good on what we did get.Rooms: Good, clean, comfortable.”

“The primary purpose of this review is to highlight their surprisingly well-equipped exercise room. It it clean, well-maintained and supports a variety of exercises. Even a water fountain and scale are provided. It handily surpasses the exercise rooms of many hotels a star higher.The rooms are what you would expect for the price and location. I did not encounter any significant issues.Walkability: This area is barely walkable as there are no sidewalks or pedestrian crossings.Food & drinks: There are a few popular table service restaurants within walking distance. Fast food and groceries are difficult to acquire.”

“Never got to stay there because Adrian denied me a room. It took four months to get a refund because Adrian denied a refund. The manager Vickie finally helped me out and confirmed it. I can’t saying anything about the rooms. After three hours talking with support that day $70 down the drain, I never got one.”

“if i could give it a 0 i would. My boyfriend and i were traveling from texas and we stopped to get a room for the night and the lady at the desk named Candace immediately started to harass my boyfriend because he is mexican. She continued to call him an illegal immigrant and say that his ID was fake. He was very respectful and pulled out his ss card to prove that he is certainly legal and she just started laughing at him. At that point we didn’t feel safe staying there. PSA they won’t give you your money back.”

“Surprisingly big room and surprisingly big bed. Bathroom was clean and walls are fairly soundproof. Everything got loud when people were ready to checkout, but nice stay other than that.”
