I recently had the pleasure of working with Jack's. Their customer service was top notch! They arrived well in advance of the start time to ensure they were set up and ready to go for guest arrival. They were flexible and accommodating regarding set up as our event was held at a private home. I will absolutely be reaching out to them next time I have an event in the area!

I love this place, its the first stop I make once I make it into Alexandria believe it or not! Then I make this stop every day until I leave and come back to Texas. I highly recommend going there! Don't forget your Jack's loyalty card!

Love my go-to, oh dear god. But the prices are way too inconsistent. For two drinks, no matter the size, it's always right around $30. And i cannot get an itemized receipt. Disappointing.

Whoever the lady that was there September 29,2022 at 8:30 fixed our daiquiris so watery that it took her 10 minutes to bring us that mess. We went back & she said that how they told her to fix it in the book. My head is spending off a small daiquiri, and that never happened before. I will not be going back if she’s there.

This is an awesome spot staff is super helpful for newbies. Drink selection is endless. Hidden gem that everyone should try out. They also brew there own beer which is pretty good.
