The agents here should inform a customer about certain thing before taking their payments. Paid my whole premium for the 6 mths only to receive an email the next day telling me my insurance increased I was taken from one plan to another one. ...I was penalized for paying early! Had I been informed if I paid earlier over phone verses letting it hit my account I would not have paid earlier in order to still receive my discounts.

Not good 1st experience! Recd cancellation notice on automatic withdrawal. On Jan 4, office didn’t know what happened but suggested my card was probably denied because no limit left on card. Explained limit is sufficient. I pay off card every mo. so that’s not the case. She stated that’s usually her experience& suggested pay & be reinstated. Informed credit card company stated no rejection on my card & would like to find out why. Called Allstate & informed someone accidentally put me on catastrophe pymt which removed my automatic pymt. They reversed the error but automatic pymt wasn’t reinstated. Called agent’s office back after 2pm & informed the person I spoke to had gone to lunch &she would return call. Today is Jan 7& hvn’t recd a call. I’m a 30+ year customer, transferred by Allstate because previous agent retired, who the worker thinks doesn’t pay because card was rejected &didn’t pay to be reinstated, so she’s ignoring me. I will be transferring agents!

Only thing these guys can insure is a hold time of at least an hour everytime. Not customer friendly at all.
