When my previous Rogue burned in June , 2022, at the end of my driveway and partially in the street, there were no rental cars available and very few choices at dealerships. Having good experiences with Nissan vehicles and pleasant experiences with Leglue Nissan with purchasing vehicles through them and with their service department, we made the best choice of 3 vehicles that were available. I selected the Nissan Rogue Sport, knowing it was too small for us. We talked off and on about trading it in for something larger. When I went to schedule an oil change (the first since I had less than 5000 miles on the car), in talking with the service manager I told him the car drive great, was fun to drive but was too small for anyone to ride comfortably in the back seat. He sent the salesperson who had sold us the other rogue and the rogue sport to us, out to talk with me. He understood my problem and was prepared to talk about vehicles when I went the next day for my oil change. Needless to say, I signed papers the next day, had a quick tutorial on the nifty shifting change, did a test drive and found it turns almost as short as the sport. Our salesperson, Paul Bonnette, was diligent about finding the vehicle I needed and being sure it would serve my family well for many years. You can’t beat a car salesman who turns into a friend!

My car broke down got it towed to leglue they claim they fixed it- raidiator neck-$400. Went to pick it up and same day on my way home it ran hot again. So I got it towed there again and this time they said the radiator had a Crack in it which wasn't the case a few days ago. So that was another $800. I asked several times have they checked everything did they drive the car fast enough all of that. So they said it was fixed this time and on my way home the car Still was trying to run hot. I made it home. Talked to service they said it sounds like the thermostat and they were going to charge about 200 for labor. I feel like I shouldn't have to pay for anything else bc the issues could have been avoided if they thoroughly checked the car like they claim they did. Nobody offered to give me any of my money back $1200 gone!!!

Nissan Service !!!! Horrible Service Review!!!1st off, if you have a warranty, please be prepared to go though hell, just to use your coverage. The sensor went out on our pathfinder and we've been to the service department 3 times in 2 weeks and are still not done. After they tried to tell us our vehical had been wrecked/bumped, they kept trying to find reasons not to change the part. One week after the part was replaced, it went out again! A 2,000$ part, DOES NOT WORK.. So now we are back at it again and they are back to saying, our vehical has been bumped/wrecked!! Which is ridiculous because we have a camera, that we watch daily!! At this point, just say you dont want to fix it instead of making people waste time and money! This is insane! Our vehical is brand new, purchased 5 months ago, we have a warranty, we paid our dedutible, we want it fix!! Thats only right. We deserve okay, if not perfect, service!!We are good, hardworking people, and this is unacceptable.........NOTE: If you do something right the first time, you want have to keep doing it over and over again and customers will leave great reviews.FYI: The sensor still does not work!!!!

I would have to say it was the most easy pain. Free purchase of a vehicle I've ever had from the very first phone call to the help that I received from my salesman. It was phenomenal I have no problems even after changing the car that I was going to pick up. It was still smooth with no problems. I would recommend them than anybody by far.

My sales person Jade was very helpful polite considerate. She cares about her customers. She has great customer service couldn’t ask for anyone any politer I will highly recommend her and Nisen to anyone.

I did a lot of research before buying a new car, and visited several Nissan dealerships. Leglue is the only one that was totally straightforward on pricing, with none of the attempts to add on thousands of dollars in dealer extras and market value upcharges. Kelly Williams was very knowledgeable and was able to make the process seamless and even fun, without any predatory sales techniques.

The appointment system was very easy to use and accurate. It was convenient to schedule the appointment online, get a confirmation, and get the work done as scheduled. I hope that system is maintained and promoted in the future. It's a keeper!!

Such a wonderful transaction! I never felt pressured or hassled in any way. Brandon Clinton and Kevin Reed were professional and friendly. They listened to what I wanted, and didn't try to sell me on what I didn't want. This was literally the most stress free car buying experience I've ever had!

The service department provided high quality, prompt responses and courteous service. They exceeded my expectations by delivering the repaired vehicle to my home, since I was travelling and unable to make it to the dealership to pick up the vehicle before closing time. Excellent service!!! Great Team!!!

I travel over 60 miles to have my Rogue serviced, so I make an appointment. My appointment was for 7 a.m. I arrived at 6:50. Employee checked me in, then I went to the lobby to wait. At almost 8 a.m. my vehicle had not yet been brought into the shop to be serviced. My vehicle was not ready until after 9:30. What is the purpose of having an appointment? The earliest appt they take is 7a.m., so there shouldn't have been that many people in front of me. When I arrived, there were 2 other vehicles in front of me, but again, it shouldn't have taken that long. There was someone who arrived around 8:30, whose vehicle was brought into the shop and worked in before mine.

Mr. Lovance Williams has always been more than helpful. I always ask for Mr. Williams when having my car serviced. He is very professional and honest when making recommendations. A very respectful and polite manager.

I had a wonderful experience working with Brandon Clinton at Leglue. I first visited with the mindset to look at pre-owned Rogues and was immediately greeted and given all the info I needed. I left with the mindset to continue browsing. After visiting my local Nissan dealership and looking at the 2023 Rogues I decided reach out to Brandon to discuss Leglue's pricing and availability. We were able to come to an agreement via email and text and set up a day for purchase. Throughout the entire process I did not feel pressured to make a split second decision. I felt like more than just a sale.
