2/7/24:I’m starting to notice a difference in the curbside pick up. Associates are not as sufficient as they were just last year. The wait times are becoming longer.**********************************I hope that Lowe’s continue having great customer service for pick up orders. The last one was quite a long wait time.

Ordered a stove with delivery and installation to be done, when it arrived to my house was told that the gas needed to be turned off and that the gas line wasn't in the right place that I needed a plumber and it was my responsibility to get one. I asked them to take it back and I would notify them when I could get one. Was very upset due to Thanksgiving being on Thursday so I didn't have an oven to bake my dinner. The oven was delivered on Monday and the plumber was here to install it for $175 installation fee. Why wasn't I given this information before placing the order. I don't feel that I was treated right.

Placed a order for over $2400.00, delivery paid for and set for October 31. Received call on October 30 to notify us that the flooring we paid for was not in stock anymore; was in stock on October 21 though. Had the wood flooring refunded.. Remaining items not received on time. Delivered on November 1 instead of October 30. Tile that was paid for was not delivered with the rest of the order. Called store to request information. Customer service person, front end manager on duty, said that delivery company would need to be called by us. I told her that was the store's responsibility as we paid the store for the items and we were not going to do that and that if I had to make another call that it would be to corporate office. She hung up on me. Corporate office called and both persons I spoke with were quite helpful. They said the tile showed in stock at the store in qty of 100, and they should have been able to fulfill our order. Wife ended up travelling to the Shreveport store to get the wood flooring. Alexandria store manager called wife on a later date and refunded the delivery charge for our inconvenience. The tile had to be refunded as well as they were unable to find it. Wife had called Alexandria store to speak to manager ahead of her trip. The person answering the phone hung up on her twice. After that, she just went to the store to deal with the folks face to face. I would not recommend this location to anyone purchasing more than they are taking with them out if the store.

Thank the good Lord that the Alexandria Louisiana store has such an excellent efficient, employee named ole "BLUE". BLUE goes above and beyond with such a great positive personality who is willing to go the extra mile. We left very satisfied!

Would like to say thank you to every employee here at the Alexandria store, I went here to help with inventory and every employee was extremely kind and generous, they were all willing to help when I didn’t understand something and would even come check on me, the best work experience I’ve had would have to be the time I spent here, wonderful location and well maintained and taken care of ❤️

Do not allow them to deliver to your house. We bought a washing machine from them that was delivered by a third party delivery service which was supposed to arrive at 2pm...they got there at 11:15 pm, and both of the workers smelled of weed and were high as kites.

The service was absolutely terrible . This was the third time I have shopped here recently and no one will help you and when they do its an inconvenience or their rude! That is not how you treat customers! Corporate needs to do some cleaning up! I will not be shopping here again.

Customer service is severely lacking. After asking an employee in lumber for assistance, I was directed to the customer service desk to call for a fork lift driver. The service desk lady told me the gentleman that I asked was capable of doing it, but didn't want to, and that the other operator was "somewhere." I returned to the help desk 20 minutes later to ask again, and the guy I needed was there just leaning on the counter right next to the lady I had previously asked for help! She clearly didn't remember my request. It took another 15 minutes to finally get to the wood I needed, and all of the employees involved behaved as though assisting me was an inconvenience to them.I'll be taking my business elsewhere from now on.

I had a great shopping experience at Lowe's in Alexandria I was looking for a washing machine and the guy help me soon as I walked backed there and had a smile the whole time and was very polite...thank you ?

I love this Lowe’s. I feel like some of the management are very rude and disrespectful mostly the men but I can honestly say Ms Yvette is an amazing helper almost Thomas in plumbing and electrical so ask for them

They sold us a dishwasher that was as is. The lead of the appliance department said he wouldn't sell anyone anything he wouldn't buy himself. When we got it home and put it in, the dishwasher wouldn't turn on. My husband returned it and got a full refund and we ended up ordering the same brand that came in a box. It works wonderfully.

I would like to commend Malik, who works in the garden center at Lowes in Alexandria, LA. He was waiting at the register as I was paying to load the 45 landscape bricks I was buying. He was very polite and pleasant and had a positive attitude even though the temps were in the 90s! I appreciated his assistant more than he knew.
