Regarding complaints noted by others about not being able to get their money back—When you are making a purchase, Brown’s does have you sign from the get-go that all sales are final. So one may not like the policy, but Brown’s is at least transparent about it on the front end of the transaction, if you read your paperwork or the signs posted around the store.
As for me, I hope to buy there again in the future.”
