Great place to store your items. They will work with you if you're going to be a little late on your payment, as long as you call them. It is gated in. You need a code to get onto the property. It is very secure and well kept.

The person I spoke to about renting a climate controlled unit was very nice & helpful, but the unit wasn't actually that climate controlled. Within the 2 weeks that I had stuff in there, the roof had leaked a bunch (there were dried water spots on my stuff) and it was still leaking as I was getting my stuff out! Some of my stuff was damaged and everything stank because of the water. There was also puddles coming out of the unit next to mine, so it wasn't just one little hole. I'm glad I got my stuff out when I did. When I spoke to a man (who I assume is the owner), he wasn't concerned because my "insurance should cover it." I definitely would not rent here again.

We had an absolute amazing experience for the short time we had our climate controlled storage unit. Kind, welcoming staff, and a well kept facility. The security is very comforting as well. We will, if necessary and possible, rent from here again. Thanks again guys!!!

Best in the area. Excellent security gated entry and clean. Reasonable rates and close proximity to I49, the Alexandria Mall, Wal Mart etc.
