Edited after resolved.Ordered PODS for a military move from Leesville, LA, and Mobile Box was the storage facility used. They failed to provide a full weight ticket for one of my PODS and failed to provide the empty weight ticket for the other POD. I spent two weeks working with corporate PODS to try to resolve the issue, no one from Mobile Box would answer the phone for them. When I finally googled them myself and called the woman was extremely rude, dismissive and interrupting saying "she already knew who I was and they can't help me" before I even got to explain my situation then proceeded to put me on hold for "an actual customer" (all I had told her was my name before she interrupted). If anyone is using them for a military move or needs a weigh ticket, go somewhere else!!! We will not get reimbursed by the government for our move thanks to this company. The only positive interaction I had with this company was the truck driver who was very personable. Would give 0 stars if possible.Edit to add: finally received weight ticket after 23 hours on the phone with PODS and 30 days after the missing weight ticket was taken. Nothing to add to add to the body of the review as they were still extremely unresponsive to PODS corporate, unprofessional office staff, and uncooperative.Edited again: obviously the owner didn't read my review before commenting. PODS corporate went above and beyond to fix what Mobile Box screwed up. Mobile Box staff was rude, unprofessional, and unorganized. I stand by my original review. I would not recommend anyone in the Louisiana area to use their business directly or contracted through PODS.

The container shipped to my home was clean and the service personnel that delivered it and picked it up were great. It was dropped off and picked up on time. However my issue was dealing with Krisi, the manager. She is rude, unprofessional and unaccommodating. Case in point, the container was billed to my credit card. I returned the container 2 weeks before the next months rent was due, but they still billed my card,. I called, but Kristi was busy, said she would look into it. I was on the phone when she called back, she left a message but it was not very clear. I called her back to verify that she had reversed the charge on my card, when I asked she said I left you a message and that is what I said! There was other incidents of this behavior but too long to put here.

UPDATED - Thanks for the response but I would still provide a lower rating due to the customer service I experienced from office manager and still have yet to receive an invoice. I received a clear explanation months after the fact and only after I posted a review.Rented a unit for temporary storage, initially my mom called to make the reservation I called back to change the payment information and that call was my first sign that things would not go well dealing with them. The manager was very rude and did not feel the need to explain or answer the simple questions I had which was regarding how would I get an invoice and the fees. Unit arrived on time and no issues until I called back to inquiry about pick up. Again this same manager was very blunt and lacks any basic customer service. BE AWARE that the drop off fee includes the first month along with delivery and pickup with no prorated fees. The box was delivered 2/26 with the initial payment already made and 3/2 we were charged again for the container. I called to ask about this and again very rude, I was able to text with the owner as he was not able to answer the call and apologized for the confusion as this was my fault. In the real world who would pay for a month of any service to only have the service for 2 days. To be honest it was only $127 so the amount wasn't the issue for me it's the principle, customer service and good business..
