I ordered flowers for a dear sweet lady on her birthday and the orders were either canceled or not delivered at all. I'm in Virginia so my hands are tied at this point. Enter House of Flowers. I ordered my flowers online and ordered the DELUXE version and they promptly replied to my order, produced my order and it was delivered!
