“In the past, I have been very happy with the service at Take 5. However, this time, they were very short handed, and I had to wait a lot longer than usual. Then, to top it off, they had already drained my oil before telling me that they were out of the oil I needed. I had to wait another half hour while they had the oil delivered. I've been back twice since this review, and they are still short handed, so the wait time is longer than it should be. But the employees are friendly and I will return.”

“Caught a flat traveling from Ho,uston to Alabama on a Sunday. Went to Walmart and of course, they do not have my tire size in stock. Most of the tire shops were closed. The ones that was open also didn't carry my size. I had called Broadway and they got me back on the road in no time.”

“Somewhat decent prices. Very lazy employees in the back. Brought vehicle in to have oil changed and tires rotated. The male subject in the back, wouldn't call him a man, shuffled to the front desk, barely able to lift his feet to walk due to laziness.....and then mumbled that they couldn't rotate tires because one of them was worn a little un even from the others!?;?!?! Isn't that why we rotate out tires?, to keep them wearing even? The problem was pure laziness. I will not go back there.”

“Was told no one in town had the 2 year inspection stickers; also was told my left passenger light needed to be replaced. Jiffy Lube on Jackson has the 2 year inspection sticker AND my light did NOT have to be replaced!! Very nice gentleman technicians that helped AND saved me some money? Was in and out in 20 minutes!! I will visit Jiffy Lube on Jackson ONLY from here on out!! Thank you, Jiffy Lube on JACKSON!?”
