The way I was standing, the only person in line. Cashier kept her head down in her phone the entire time, laughing. Knowing I was standing there. I didn’t approach her because customer service. Let’s get some better, more customer based employees.

Slowest old navy in the world. The cashier is talking to every customer for 15 minutes and not worrying about the long long line. And asking everyone’s life story. Don’t get stuck in the line!!!
