Service was done quickly but no paper mats put on floor so grease from mechanics shoes got on carpet.

I took my explorer in for some routine maintenance. Sean, my advisor, was honest, courteous, and went above and beyond to help. Larry, courtesy shuttle driver, was outstanding, friendly and so kind.
