Very nice location, clean, kept well maintained!Not a perfect wash, could use some minor updates but for the price is well worth it.Staff is friendly, thank you Rich's!

Best car wash around! Even the $5 wash is better than most other car washes $20 wash! Free vacuum & free window cleaner with microfiber lint free towels! I use this car wash every trip I make into Alexandria.

Great and reasonably priced, quick service, looked great and they have vacuums for free after the wash with great power. Would absolutely go again. Most expensive wash was 13 which seemed remarkably reasonable.

Very courteous! Removed my car antenna so it wouldn't bend or break during the wash cycle, then replaced after I came out.

I had a greasy spill in the bed of my truck and really had forgotten about it when I went to this car wash. The attendant noticed it while spraying down my truck. He very politely explained that the substance could get on the cloth cleaners in the wash and get on other cars, and my truck could not go through today. He helped me back out and refunded my money. I want to apologize for not thinking about this problem myself and thank the employees for their professionalism and politeness.

my car would’ve looked real great IF I hadn’t used those brushes to get access stuff off my car because it completely scratched the paint off. Just don’t use the brushes Bc they work a little too well with getting stuff off the car including the PAINT.

Overall service was great.The only problem I had was when leaving the wash area to the vacuum area, a car pulled in from off the street and into the only vacuum bay that was opened, because of how busy it was.The workers did not see it because of how the location is set up. So not really their fault. Guess the honor system does not apply to some.

Went on 10/25/2020, a Sunday afternoon. While I was vacuuming my car, they cut the vacuums off. I had only vacuumed a quarter of my car. A woman came out of the office and saw me and another vehicle still cleaning but didn't say a word to us. Just walked back in the office. I thought they were gonna turn them back on but after 5 mins passed they were still off. I walked around to ask if them what time they closed and all the doors were closed and the employees were gone. I don't know what time they close but it was was only 3:45. Definitely will go somewhere else next time and cannot reccommend this business!
