I went into the rue 21 in the Alexandria mall and I was unaware of any employees until I noticed a lady standing in the back corner of the plus section made her way toward the front but never spoke to me at all. I learned later from the employee with long black hair that came in for her shift that she was the store manager. After apologizing for the way I had been treated she was very helpful. And nice , she told me she was the assistant manager. I think she needs to be promoted and the manager needs a demotion.

I order online! I know my sizes. I'm pleased every time and if for some reason I'm not the employees are always quick to take my item back! Last time I ordered for my teenage son bc they had a Green Day shirt he wanted and also a good selection of man's pants! Bought his normal size and they fit awesome! They are now his new favorite jeans, lol! Great sales too!!

I witnessed a customer return clothing items and the clerk IMMEDIATELY place the anti theft device back onto the clothing WITHOUT FIRST checking the clothing as a sanitary precaution. Being that we are ATTEMPTING to operate under normal conditions because of the pandemic, it BEHOOVES ME as to why one would not take better consideration.

Extremely cute plus sized clothes. One of the only stores around that offers cute plus sized clothes. Shirts and tops up to 4X. Definitely will be returning. Also had a very helpful staff.

An employee named Travis was marketing very good and assisted me and a group of friends while were in rue21 he helped all of us while making us laugh and putting big smiles on our face!!! 10/10 would recommend and come back!!
