They had a BOGO sale so I went to see what was available! They have a great selection of shoes. Although it was jam packed because of the sale and the line was extremely long, the young lady at the register was very pleasant and friendly. The only reason I gave a 4 star review vs a 5 star reversal is because their regular prices are a little high. Otherwise it was a good experience and I’ll definitely be back!

Highly recommend!!! The young lady working was amazing!!! I had been to 4 other shoe stores trying to find some good shoes with no luck. I found Run Wild on Google Map and decided to give them a try. As soon as I walked in the young lady was right there to help. She first asked what I was needing the shoes for. Then she had me walk so she could see my stride and my arch. She asked my size and went to get 5 different shoes for me to try. She was there to answer any questions and make her suggestions. I had that absolute best experience at Run Wild. If you are needing walking running or work tennis shoes give them a try.

Absolutely a wonderful establishment. The young lady was so helpful in picking out my shoes and then the other young lady helped me pick out socks to help. Love this place, will be back.

Me and my husband waited for approximately 10 mins to be waited on while the 2 girls working were just waking around talking. There was no other customers there when we arrived. Then a gentleman walked in and they asked if they could help him. Me and my husband left …. Bad service … we ordered offline.

Management is essential to retaining a great staff. Good Management is lacking at this facility. The manager didn’t perform most duties, spoke to me in a demeaning manner, used bullying tactics to correct behavior, sat down instead of doing work, and was constantly on her phone. I will not be shopping at this mom and pop store which is unfortunate because I believe in supporting local businesses.

The girls who work there really need to learn customer service; I felt that they were doing me a favo rather than trying to help me out.Looking to see if they could order something the store didn’t have the right size for me seemed like a big effort for them. I just didn’t feel like they wanted me there. I don’t want to think it was because I am hispanic.I am seriously thinking to never shop there again. Sorry.

Went in to buy shoe inserts to help my knees and wound up buying a beautiful pair of tennis shoes.The young lady helper me figure out the inserts that would help me the most and a pair of tennis shoes to boot!
